Did you mean "disinfect" things? No, they aren't supposed to. All the products you listed are cleaners rather than disinfectants.

Actually, only a small proportion of Clorox products these days will kill bacteria. For example, only Clorox "Regular" Bleach is a disinfectant that will kill 99.99% of bacteria and other nasties. The other bleach products will simply "clean" and/or "sanitize."

You'll probably find that several (many?) of the Thai massage spas have closed or moved since then. 

In some countries that I've visited, massage spas do have a variety of ways to choose your masseur. But I've never experienced this particular method — especially without a host telling you how it works.
