This place has been around forever.
It's a legitimate old-school sauna, not a gay bathhouse.
I've heard of peope getting action there but it's NOT the focus and most of the men who visit are NOT looking for action...so cruising this place would need to be done with extra discretion.
It's also old and run-down...so the "ick" factor is high. About as far from the luxury spa experience as you're gonna get.

Saw him last night. Therapeutic was not selected in his profile — so the massage was a deeper swedish-esque motion. Just my thoughts, not law: I think that for as long as we are men, especially the gay kind, we are always going to like the thrill of the unknown. I also think that in a massage setting, the masseur has the upper hand and can decide to give hints, as well as how far he's willing to go.
Here in Spain where I'm vacationing, I scheduled a massage at the hotel where I'm staying, not a gay hotel, just a mainstream hotel that has a spa and offer massages and spa-related services. When I scheduled mine, I was asked "Chica or chico?" (girl or boy?) for the masseur. I said "Chico" because, why not? Not expecting anything other than a nice relaxing massage, as the facilities are for all kinds of hotel guests, I went to my appointment not expecting and not even having anything in my mind, other than a relaxing time at the pool, the sauna and the thermal baths. The massage time came in, they gave me this paper/disposable g-string to wear, so I wasn't "naked". A minute or two into the massage, the nice gentleman masseur pulled the paper/disposable g-string down. Half an hour into it, the masseur and I almost break the massage table having sex. The fact that it was unexpected did add to the excitement and thrill of the whole thing. However, I am 100% sure that none of that happened if it wasn't for the initiative that the masseur took. Personally I don't give hints if I don't get one first, so to me, it's up to him.

I stopped by an Asian place the other day as I was killing time.  Not expecting anything.  I was half way undressed, the old lady came in ripped my t-shirt off for me, pulled down my boxers, slapped my ass and giggled.  She was nasty.  Good massage.

Remember if you want more you have to be up front about it. I got to the point where I’ll ask for playtime and they either say yes or no. If they say no, I move on..I’ve gotten to old to do the maybe or  maybe not guessing game.  I just ask for what I want or need.  Better to go in and know what your getting than pay a lot money and be pissed jr didn’t even get caressed. 

@SamMiller213’s opening paragraph sums it up.  There are your MF/RM stalwarts but even then, these providers are possibly not in the right head (pun intended) anymore. I might go back to my Thai aunties for the legit massages and will check out the examples above on other therapists.

certainly no expert, but, for those planning a trip, I can offer a few hints......yes, the country is very inexpensive........a travel partner and I stayed in Phnom Penh at a small average decent place (we do not need to stay at the best place in town) in a great location for about $40/night including breakfast......saw the popular Khmer Rouge torture chamber and walked the riverside (didn't have time for the "killing fields").....using Google Flights, I'd found a remarkably cheap morning flight (prop!) from PP to Siem Reap.......using suggested intel from guide books, we just walked out of the SR airport and asked a group of cabbies if one was available to be a driver and guide for Angkor Wat for the remainder of the day.....within five minutes, all was arranged for an embarrassingly low charge.....the driver/guide helped us with the admission process, had another guy he knew walk us around at one point, had us walk through one area and met us at the other end, etc.....then drove us to our hotel, also very good and inexpensive......later that evening, travel partner and I went to the party area of town (yes, a reverent place like Angkor Wat/Siem Reap has a party district) and chatted up a couple other Americans at a bar who offered us hardcore drugs.....and a young local woman with a baby in tow also chatted us up there and we quickly realized she wanted to do some business........
