Yes, work out, but also work on understanding that trying to look as much as possible like those hot boy/men we see in porn, on rent.men or in the streets of Chelsea, Miami Beach and West Hollywood it's not enough. Learning how to accept that you are worthy of liking yourself and being liked by those who respect you for what you are is more important.
