I have compassion & respect for providers as fellow human-beings & trying to make a living providing intimate services.  It’s not an easy job.  But, if a provider shows up high or otherwise intoxicated in any way - the appointment is over & I will exit asap and won’t engage further.  It’s about my personal safety at that point. And it’s non-negotiable.
And I would expect providers to react the same with a client that shows high or intoxicated.
Based on stories I hear from provider friends - drugs are pervasive & something to  actively avoid when reviewing profiles.  There are clues in the written text, photos & description fields. In an initial text exchange, I usually make it clear no drugs & I don’t want to be around anyone that uses. 
I’m not setting up an appointment to save anyone (from themselves) or act as a counselor when they’re high or intoxicated. Hard no.

I'm sure there are plenty of clients who show up without showering well in advance, but the same can be said about some providers.  I've had a few that obviously did not freshen up between clients and a couple that were absolutely filthy....and yet still expected me to pay $300+.   I'm not giving the provider a break in these situations.  Sorry.  Soap and water are cheap.  We all have issues.  

I posted a warning after being directly threatened by a provider who was high on drugs - other clients have left reviews on rentmen saying similar things about this provider-  I hadn't seen them as I had not used a VPN to view his RM profile.  (which also had outdated pics)
Nothing but calm and factual info - I presented everything in a factual perspective rather than an emotional one : despite the fact that I was threatened and swindled out of money and simply warning people to be careful. 
The OP thinks I should say nothing and just throw money and my safety away because the provider has drug issues, or other times has had to deal with bad clients - neither of those things are my responsibility.   Madness 
I treat ALL providers with respect. I am considerate, kind, punctual, clean and generally tip well. These basic curtseys were not returned. 
I agree with @secgoo that we in this community have an obligation to each other to alert each other for our safety, and I feel that anyone who reads the thread would agree.

Well, I suppose the objective of this site is to enable clients to provide commentary of providers.
This site is for clients primarily.
I would imagine (although I have zero evidence to support the theory) that we clients have a collection of providers that we hold dear. I know that I certainly do. I like to broadcast positive vibes about the providers that I like. I like to drum up new, fresh, reoccurring business for the guys I think favourable towards.
However, if there happens to be an encounter with a provider that I have felt particularly cautious or uncomfortable about, then I feel obligated to broadcast that to this community too. I try to do it in a factual perspective rather than an emotional one but I would most certainly broadcast every single detail of an interaction that was not a professional transaction between someone who is selling themselves as a business model and myself who is purchasing time with that person.
I understand that some providers are not actually in a great place mentally, emotionally or physically to be in this industry of client satisfaction, however, we *should* be alerting one another about providers like that.
Treat the providers with respect. Treat other clients on this site with respect. State factual reviews at will.
 

You really believe paying someone $250 an hour instead of $300 an hour is being "financially taken advantage of"???  Are these migrants burdened with taxes like the rest of us, or rent, or health insurance costs, etc.  ??   I think it's the migrants that are laughing their asses off.

So, with that said: we don’t always know the full background for each individual person’s situation. I know the language barrier could be easier for someone fluent in Spanish, but I have heard from a (White) client personally who mentioned to me about someone he met communicating in how you describe, and that he didn’t expect it. So for some that might be an issue. 
 
The risks may be different in Denver versus a place like say Oklahoma, Texas, or Las Vegas. 
 
I know for me personally escort or not an escort: I’d be concerned about safety and privacy when visiting someone where there’s multiple guys doing sex work in one place. I don’t even like to do that outside of sex work just because the potential drugs and/or drama that could invite. One might have a client coming, another have a client going. And all the activity might set off 🤨 depending upon the layout of wherever you going. Maybe hosting would be advantageous.
I did have a great time with a guy in Chicago who was mixed with Guatemalan American and had the same (real) first name as me.

Yes, I definitely go through periods of low to no interest. Sometimes, it's simply lack of desire, fatigue. Other times, I'm busy and don't really have time or I just want to do something else. And other times, I'm interested but like others noted, prices are way up but I'm not sure the quality is.
 

We're in a similar spot. While I understand inflation and don't begrudge providers making what they can, the jump from $300-$350 an hour to $400-$500 an hour in the past 12-18 months has slowed our hiring. We're not rich, so hiring is an indulgence. Plus, as a couple, we prefer to hire for at least two hours, so we're looking at $700-$800 for a single session. So I find we're much choosier with a new provider and seeing the guys we like when our schedules all line up, which is another obstacle. 

Even though I'm in a major US city with tons of guys, I'm definitely picky about who I hire as I don't necessarily find most guys out there to be attractive, or at least attractive enough to be worth the money. There was one escort that I was interested in seeing in my area but he ended up ghosting me on the day of our appointment and I haven't really cared to reach out to any others at the moment, although I do look on RM here and there. How many of you aren't booking due to lack of interest in guys in your area rather than funding?

I don't have any intel but a bunch of us in the area have been talking about him.   Check out the tats.  Do they all match?  Some pics have no tats, others have them on different arms, or at least it appears that way.   He also says he is Brazilian but only has English and Spanish listed as languages which wouldn't seem correct either.   

He recently increased his rates to $200 and I've heard he now cancels quite a few appointments last minute.   It's a shame because he's a great guy but I guess his success means he is no longer able to communicate as well as he did in the past.
