I only found out about this site recently and relied to this thread because I was a little shocked he was stopping after being on rentmen for some many years. I dont normally write on forums. 
I think he charges too much but recently got a notification he changed his rates so I checked his profile but he increased his rates to £700ph and changed his profile name. Not sure why he is changing that now.
