If this marriage lasts less than a year, is that enough time to get the young man a green card?
Believe the poster is in Canada, so it would be a permanent residency card.

Or North West Chelsea 😂. I love how people try to make their area sound better than it is.
lol... i was thinking the same. When I moved to NYC in the 90s.... North West Chelsea was no man's land. I don't think it even had a name...

Though he states he is from NYC, i don’t think i have ever come across his profile on RM in NYC…:( Otherwise, I would definitely consider hiring him

You are to be commended for your generosity and willingness to help someone with potential out. And, I presume you are going in with eyes wide open. Be good to set some expectations with what you want from your “marriage”. Is it legal to fake a marriage of convenience? Is he allowed to date others once he gets his permanent residency? What happens when he gets his permanent residency. Presuming you are in one of the big Canadian cities, with the high cost of living, how would conclude your arrangement? Will you provide him with a nest egg to set himself up? Do you have assets that need to be protected? It could get messy. How would you explain this to your family/siblings? These are questions I would consider.

The first 1 minute already gave the plot away when narrated from Peter’s standpoint. Great cinematography… was expecting more overt homoeroticism. Life must have been very depressing in Big Sky country….

I've ordered the test kits for some upcoming trips. However, I suspect that I will be using an in-person service and keeping the test kit as a back up.

I hear real life stories from friends/ colleagues about wife swapping in a bridge club, swinging, hiring rentboys at the pied a terre while the husband is busy working overtime and paying the doorman off in crystal meth not to gossip, forcing the sale of a piece of art to purchase a new plot of land on the vineyard to prevent a neighbor from building nearby, internecine struggles for inheritances and makes one wonder why isn't there a telenovela out there depicting this. So, yeah, art sometimes does imitate life.

I'm watching the King's Affection on netflix. A Korean period piece/series. Great looking actors. Swoon. I think i need to start learning Korean.

Talk about art imitating life, or vice versa.

My previous reply was literal. You pay for every extra on a Basic Eco ticket.
I wasn't discussing the merits of a FC ticket vs coach. I couldn't care less how you choose to fly.
Agree. It’s called “drip pricing”

Aren't soups virtually spill proof as they are now usually poured at the table from a saucier?

Hector, the pool manager at the Hotel Nacional, will undertake to introduce you to lads with whom, in comparison, Robert Sepulveda Jr is a proverbial "dog". And, if you favor men of heroic physical proportions, Hector, himself, is available if your generosity fulfills his needs of the moment; however, make certain that you hotel accomodation is a "king-size" bed.
Is the size of his nose correlated with his other appendage??? Wow.

Went to the tepid premiere last night. Lots of eye candy… saw a lot of older-younger gay couples. Saving grace was seeing the countertenor, Jakub Orlinski, bare chested for most of the show. Perhaps the opera is too modern for my tastes. Seems like it should belong off broadway. My friends seemed to enjoy it though.

That's also what he quoted me. Sounds like it's a good thing after reading these reviews of him on here, he is hot in his RM pics and has great reviews, but we all know that bad reviews are getting deleted on RM even though they are legit.
$400 is crazy seeing a lot of well known porn stars only charge $300.
My friend saw him for a massage and said he is older than his pics. Nice massage though.

Indeed, it's was a long stretch without human touch and, in my opinion, too much substitution of just porn and OnlyFans. Socialization is important. Certainly when the lockdown eased and clients had saved-up cash there was a "hiring surge" but what I'm hearing from friends is it's now substantially below normal, even where covid is low.
I have a number of Euro friends who ask about coming over because the market is down in Europe but I don't know what to tell them. I do know it's unusually slow in DC right now and in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Denver, Chicago and Atlanta. I've always advised NY/DC/LA but now not so sure even of that. I'd hate for Pavel to come over and no one want to see him.
If he’s real;) I’ll see this one! But, please don’t ask me to pay Uber. I’d rather give him more to include his Uber ride but hate to arrange for it.

Euro visitors in nyc are still asking for 400 plus Uber. Meanwhile my regular 350 guy is worried I’m no longer interested..
Importing and Helping out a Good Boy

Me too. The cringeworthy word “importing” smacks of commodification.
