  1. Canadian and American Labor Day are always the same weekend.

I don't see the border opening up to the U.S. until the end of the year the earliest. This summer is already thrown away as far as activities and travelling goes. Our Prime Minister did say on Thursday that the process of getting things back to "normal" won't start until the next couple of months, and that begins with getting some people back to work with restrictions in place.

You‘re right. I think they cancelled Toronto’s Gay Pride (June) and Caribbanna (July) already.

  2. A lot of the long-running shows (Chicago, Wicked, Phantom) aren't scheduling re-opening until Sept.

This really sucks... was hoping things would be over sooner. They say NYC is at the peak tomorrow... so hopefully it will be end of May before things optimistically re-open... but i guess people are conservative....

  3. Not sure if this is the best place to put this, but does anyone have any additional insights as to when the quarantine will be over esp in NYC. The apex is expected this week (April 6th) in terms of deaths. NJ is also coming up too. So it's quite dire. A few days ago, Cuomo said the apex was supposed to be end of April... how did it move up so quickly? Or, is this upcoming week a prelude to the additional tolls ahead???

  4. Would anybody go on with sex (for free or for pay) knowing that the fuck buddy (and of course trusting him sincere..) didn't have close contact with anybody for 2 weeks?...

Not sure if i trust anyone that much. If they were to self isolate in my place for 2 weeks, then yes. Otherwise probably not...lol

  5. Thanks, thought so. In fairness Pensant was talking about post-COVID travel when presumably at least some of the restrictions will be lifted.
I live in nyc unfortunately, and the thought of driving home to Toronto is not something i want to do... but if i have to i will. It‘s crazy here too.
  6. I am an introvert, but oddly have a "bold" personality (I am told). I have always disliked doing things alone, like eating out, going to movies etc, and have found that if I am solo, I prefer being home. I retired in 2017, and since have had more home-alone time. I was widowed 20 years ago, and have not been in a serious relationship since. So I have gotten accustomed to Alone time and am handling the current situation fairly well, although I would like to be outdoors more, but am afraid to since I am in NYC, one the the biggest hotspots for Covid, and I don't feel confident we are getting ALL the info on how the virus lives or is transmitted, so staying indoors gives me a greater sense of security. But I am not sure how much longer I will be able to tolerate the Mandate, since I am also not a person that likes being TOLD what to do.

I‘m the same. Introvert by nature and enjoy staying home, tackling a challenge like a new recipe or a technical origami sculpture. But, also an extrovert among friends/group settings.

For the time being, I‘m staying indoors. Refusing to go out for social walks with other friends/neighbors. The streets in new york are not wide enough to keep 6 feet apart. Just doing group takeout and sharing/zooming with friends in my building. I think fear of catching the virus is impeding me from going out, even venturing to my mailbox downstairs. Packages are delivered to my door, so i have no need to even leave my condo and it’s big enough, bright and spacious. Working from home, but too distracted with news updates. Practicing some piano, meditating, and watching too many netflix shows...

  7. It's a calculated risk that the OP decided to take. Hope everything turns out alright. He was just happy to share his experience with everyone. It was wrong to do that especially when everyone else is practicing social distancing. I even canceled my cleaning lady as I don't want her to come into my home. So yeah, everyone is taking it seriously and sad to see that some are not.

  8. Okay guys, make a note of this provider's name and you will know the person you NEVER WANT TO HIRE in the future. If this dude is stupid and irresponsible enough to be seeing clients during a pandemic you don't want him, just imagine how nonchalant he must be about STDs !

Unfortunately, he may have been desperate and was offered a lot of cash.

  9. This is the COVID-19 advisory on Masseurfinder per Samk:

Due to community restrictions and precautionary measures, massage therapists may not be available to provide services at this time. Please contact providers directly for updated hours and availability.

This is the advisory on the cityboys website:

Despite the immense negative economic consequences, we also support this measure, since there is a risk of corona infection in our industry. The intensive contact between the guest and the escort can very well result in infection by latent carriers of the virus.

We hope that if the infection curve wanes soon, business operations will be possible again from April 20, 2020. We will publish information in this regard as soon as we have it.

If a gay brothel in germany understands the risk, why are there some clients (as evidenced by discussion here) still seeing escorts?

  10. The guys that see multiple guys daily very scary.

My regular guy texted me yesterday saying he can't remember when he last worked... which is good from a societal perspective, but not for his pocket book. I did give him a month's fee for his services 2 week ago (when i only met him but did not play).
