$2500 with no taxes monthly is a lot of money in Czeck Republic.  For a part-time arrangement, the provider should be thrilled.  Your story indicates otherwise, which is the reason to get out while you can.
the only way these things can ever work is for specific periods of time & an agreed payment for a set of services.  blurring the lines creates ambiguity, obligations where none exist & eventual resentment. 
lots of red flags - but you already know that.

The IG influencer finally answered my text and agreed to dinner! Still working on scheduling an exact date but at least I made some progress!

So the last few days I had long video calls with the 18 yo from insta. He is super cute and smart and polished. So I invited him to my city next weekend (we live in different cities/countries) to meet him in person before Mykonos.
Plot twist, he tells me he is often in my city because he has a boyfriend here. Another young twink. So his plan is to say nothing to the boyfriend about his trip and let him find out when he sees the posts from instagram. I will take him to one of the best restaurants, he will post in instagram and his bf will see it. What a surprise. Again, his plan 🤣 .

I don't really understand what other option you have here:  You should forget you saw anything and block his working profile. 
Don't ever bring it up if you see him at the firm.
It's not your call to ruin someone's career.

This thread wrongly assumes he is guilty. He's been charged, not trialed and not convicted.
