Don’t buy it - I think it has more to do with entitlement, laziness or both. There are a myriad ways to establish if a client is a time waster - they just lack the initiative to do so

Correct - and my takeaway from this thread confirmed what I thought, that should providers request it, the answer should be absolutely no. If they have an issue, I’ll move along swiftly to the next one.

I kind of miss the days of agencies, pre-internet hiring.  The agency I used most often knew me and knew my type, when I'd call they'd tell me about any new guys that they thought I'd like. I did hit the jackpot with one guy who gave me his number and we met many times, just arranging between ourselves.

I mean, seriously, in 2024 how can the best we have be such an outdated, non user friendly, unreliable platform?

The alternatives are even worse and not worth a mention.

How is there not a slick, modern, utterly reliable global platform in 2024?

How are there are not agencies that can handle every step of arranging, organizing and guaranteeing bucket list experiences with the best providers (or others like celebs) that are out of normal reach?

surely there is a market of zillionaires or those with excessive disposable income to pay anything to have everything taken care of and arranged for a weekend with someone that is otherwise just a fantasy.

I don’t mind whether the concierge notices a tribe of boys coming and going, in fact I prefer it - from a security perspective. I prefer to meet providers in the lobby, maybe have a drink before going up. Most 5 star hotels totally understand discretion and privacy.

Couldn’t agree more! The idea - no, the expectation - of needing to be chauffeured as a precondition to do outcalls is galling

Assuming an unlimited budget and can book any provider in a populous city, has anyone spent like a week (or multiple days) in a nice hotel doing nothing but booking and seeing providers?

if so, what was the experience like? Any tips or considerations?

This thread is mostly about fantasizing folks who are famous, etc.
Spending 1k (instead of the usual 300-400) won't make a millionaire poor.

I think sometimes it’s to indicate your reliability. More likely you’re genuine if you arrange and pay for the Uber. I’ve done out calls and when I arrive at the client’s location and then they go silent on me. Waste of time and money. So I can understand why some guys might ask for an Uber…
These days I have other ways to identify and weed out time wasters so I prefer to arrange and pay for my own travel. I think the main reason why some guys ask for an Uber is simply because they can…

I get that most services charge a "delivery fee." If it's extra for an out call though, isn't that extra the "delivery fee?"

No. If the session is in a major city. Bozo politely informs the provider to use public transportation. If he refuses, that's a deal-breaker, and Bozo moves on.
If the session is in a rural area or location not accessible to public transportation, the provider should use his own vehicle,
Hiring an escort or masseur is no different than hiring a locksmith, house painter, exterminator or any other independent contractor. You pay them for their services. Transportation is their problem. Not yours.

I’ve been asked to provide an Uber and politely decline. I just don’t think it’s practical for me to be in the middle of the transaction between Uber driver and rider. In most cases, the provider then makes their own transportation arrangements. Whether i compensate depends on a couple of things. If there’s a major upcharge for the outcall, then I feel like the transportation cost is built into the fee. If the difference is modest or none at all, then I will add transportation cost into the tip.

I did it a few years ago during the Chopin Piano competition in Warsaw. Stayed at Raffles and had a tribe of hot polish boys to play with - 2-3 times a day for a week. The sucky thing was that my hotel room was accessed by the elevators closest to concierge desk , but I found a backdoor entrance that the guys could slip through the bar and enter a different set of elevators without attracting uneeded attention. Those slavic boys are so hot (esp the hotel staff) and the favorite ones spent the night for a very reasonable price (about 400-500 US).
