  1. Thank you! You're very lucky to be there, enjoy to the max.
  2. I am 66, and if you're looking for health coverage options, I highly recommend checking out your state's official health website. By visiting the [your state name here] State of Health website, you can explore the different discounted extremely low cost Medicaid plans available to you. Medicaid is a state and federally funded program that provides health coverage to people of all ages, but even including seniors who are on Medicare.
  3. Fast forward to 2024, but even 2023, and Grindr feels like it’s done a complete 180. Now, it’s become almost worse than Craigslist ever was—full of chaotic energy, people who throw insults gratuitiously, and surely unfriendly questionable behavior. The conversations have gotten less human, and it seems like the people using the app are a lot more mental health wise poor. The sense of casual, respectful interaction that once existed has been drowned out by an overwhelming flood of bizarre demands, rude behavior, and extremes, people who are obviously unwell, but keep on the app like its crack. It’s hard to even recognize the app as the same one from 2011. The shift over the years has been dramatic, and Grindr now feels like a wild, unpredictable space, where you'll be insulted for no reason, people will come at you without you reaching to them, you're more likely to encounter insanity than genuine connections of once upon a time.
  4. I remember back in 2011 when Grindr was a much more decent place to meet dudes. It was still fairly new, and the vibe was different—more kind, human and genuine. The app felt like a platform where you could connect with decent guys through location/nearby who were looking to hang out, chat, or even form relationships, work out, etc, I met the parents of a couple of guys back then, we planned dates, dinners with friends, etc. The weirder crowd, the slightly crazy or sketchy characters, were still hanging around on Craigslist at that time, where things were a lot more hit-or-miss and often felt a bit sketchy.
