Wonderful evening! LeBoy is better than ever and delightful, if you enjoy twinks. Very good crowd tonight and twelve dancers, all of them exceptionally good.
 
Good news! New pricing structure in place for lap dances. $30 for 7 minutes; $79 for 15 minutes; and $150 for half an hour. (Several of the boys said the $79 makes no sense and hope it is changed to $50 for 15 minutes. That would be very nice. The boys said at this time, management is pushing the 15 minute set, but the 7 minute set is definitely available.)
 
The boys at Le Boy are as good or better than ever and great fun. I have gone on Sunday, Wednesday, and now Saturday during the past three weeks. Each night there were 10-12 twink dancers in briefs or jock straps, dancing on the main stage and/or back stage, and there is also a shower for performances on the patio. The boys, the ambiance, the parking are all good. You can sit at the bar and enjoy watching the boys perform, and then snag them as they walk around and have a very enjoyable time at the bar, even if you do not go in back. If you slip a dollar into their briefs or jock strap periodically, they will generally stay with you as long as you like, and most are very generous with their young bodies. You can pet while they purr, and chat. Sometimes, they congregate on the patio and do not circulate; you can either wait until they do, or go for a walk yourself and ask a boy to come back with you. They are there to make money, and as long as they are not with another customer, they will come with you. No problem. There is never a cover charge, and drinks are moderate in price.
 
The dj/manager is hard for me to understand, so I don't have the names of all the boys, but here are some that I met and played with. There were no little fem boys, but all pure, good looking twinks - young, smooth, delicious, average to slightly athletic or muscular builds. But no big guys, no one out-of-shape, and no one not-good-looking.
 
BRUNO - is from Brazil and speaks Portuguese, Italian, French, and English. He is tall and blond and handsome and fun to talk with. He is well endowed fore and aft, and generously interactive.
 
MIGUEL - is from Cuba and speaks perfect English. He wore a thong which showed off his smooth round cheeks beautifully, as well as a sizable package in front. He enjoys talking and being petted and spent a long time with us.
 
CHRIS - is a tall, handsome boy with a nice body and a little chest hair. His head is crowned with light brown curls, and his ass is covered with a light down. He has a dazzling smile. He is very interactive and highly recommended.
 
ROBBIE - was a cute, tall, dark haired Latino who was perhaps the best dancer. He seemed to have the rhythms inbred. He said he did not do sports, but his swimmer's body was very firm and smooth - chest, thighs, ass.
 
VAUGHN - was a new dancer, tall, from Missouri, with a smooth body and lovely ass.
 
TYLER - is a tall, very pleasant guy, with crew cut, sometimes glasses, nice smooth body and ass.
 
OBLENY (?) - from Cuba, was tall, perfectly proportioned, with firm abs and legs, and a beautiful ass. He was fun to talk with. Recommended.
 
RENE - one of four Black dancers on Wednesday. On Saturday, there were four black dancers, all tall, handsome, good dancers, and personable.
 
DANNY - Latino
 
ALAN - is from Atlanta, has dark sparkling eyes and hair, and is exceedingly well endowed. His life and background are very interesting; he speaks Russian fluently. He is a college student, among other things. Highly recommended.
 
MILES - is a very nice and personable young guy. He also works as a bakery chef part-time. He was very interactive and very generous with his assets. Nice smooth body, exceptionally nice ass, and good conversationalist. Highly recommended.
 
JAVI - looks Hispanic and is from Connecticut. He is perhaps 5'7" and perhaps the best dancer. He works the pole in back and has a nice, firm, athletic but not muscular body. He wears a black jock strap which shows off his ass and assets well.
 
JADEN - is new, has dark hair and dark eyes, and has an exceptionally fine ass. This was his second night, but he already knew how to please customers and went in back for lap dances.
 
JOSE - is a Latino body with a beautiful body and face; he dances extremely well. He seems to have a number of regular customers and spends quite a bit of time with them, but you can get him.
 
ANTONIO - is quite tall and skinny; he is from Venezuela and danced vigorously all around the room all night.
 
DENIS - is a cute young dancer of mixed parentage, Venezuelan/Japanese. He was very good about walking around the bar and meeting customers. He seemed to be quite interactive.
 
In the past, not many customers seemed to go into the back room for lap dances. This evening, I was aware that quite a number of customers went in back for lap dances. I assume it was because of the new pricing, although there are no signs. But several dancers described it to me in suggesting lap dances.

Wish someone could get a pic of the pricelist wall in LeBoys private area. Hilarious that they even breakdown taxes on private dances.....
 
Boardwalk has the ultimate layout. The semi outdoor cafe in front is great. The bathroom is elegant. The oval bar is good. Its just the ugly dancers ! As someone said, you have to tip them between sets to get them to leave you alone.

Another inquiring mind would appreciate input. Also huge fan of Nob Hill. Fearful it is unique in all of North America....

Cockeyed, you just hit Johnson's on an off night. I prefer the big guys, but also appreciated a guy who is smaller but ripped and buns of steel, lol. There are a few smaller guys of Latino background who are also gay, and man are they great in private!
Johnson's is a place where you get your regular dancers and then lucky to find an occasional dancer who only shows once a month. It's that one gem that makes you hooked on the place.
If worse comes to worse, I think I can find a couple of gay dancers who will keep you occupied all night and broke!!!!!

I feel ya man. It's a great place. Drink prices are reasonable. It's comfortable. Staff is solid. But yeah the beefy guys aren't so much my type either. You can tell they do make an effort to appease us, but I've never seen more than 2 or 3 on a given night that I'd swipe right on Tinder on. I get the preference for gay. I'm actually the other way around. I like having fun with straight guys for the fantasy aspect of it I guess. The thing I like about the clubs is finding a guy I wouldn't be able to be able t0 have fun with in real life. When I find a cute but a little tough lean straight guy, money tends to fly out of my wallet.

Yes to cockeyed that there are dancers on Wednesday and it is free admission as well.
The only thing I smell like when I leave is a Latino stripper, lol. They tend to like their cologne and body oil.

When I was young in southern Illinois, no public schools had pools. So my parents sent me by bus to a nearby YMCA every Saturday morning. There we swan in the nude. Cold bus ride, cold locker rooms and cold water! You can imagine the shrinkage! But this is when I realized that I liked to look at other naked guys.

Hello all. Visiting w/ some friends this week. No big changes since previous a visit earlier this year except that Johnsons is far busier. Boardwalk is awkwardly quiet, but our visits were early in the night. LeBoy was packed Friday night. Not so much Saturday night. As usual about 2 or 3 standouts and a lot of "no thanks." Only change I've noticed at LB is the drink prices .. $6. Johnsons success may be forcing them to get realistic. I'm not into big muscle so most of the Johnsons dancers don't do it for me, but they do have 4 or 5 guys for twink fans. But only 2 of them were stunners.

OMG! I had all but forgotten about those. I haven't seen anyone in years use them.

LeBoy: decently busy with about 10-15 guys. Mostly were twinks but did notice a few more jock-ish types - an improvement in my book. Agree with other comments that most dancers hang among themselves and didn’t interact with patrons.
 
Boardwalk: kinda depressing and slow. Maybe 10 guys. None impressive or anything new. Had to tip a guy just so he’d walk away. I was there less than 10 minutes. I’m bummed BW had gone downhill so quickly. It used to be one of my favorite spots.
 
Johnson’s: definately the best of the three. Lots of variety - leans jocks to big muscle guys. Some new faces I haven’t seen before. Wish some of the guys were a little friendlier and interact more with patrons. About 15 guys. My only complaint was there was some sort of scented air conditioning, almost like incense. I thought it was pretty strong but eventually got used to it.

I think it makes a difference which night you visit. I was there last Friday and had a good time again. Ten echt-twink dancers, many Latino. They did not hang out together or smoke; I was pleasantly surprised at the manner in which almost all regularly circulated around the bar, said "hello," and introduced themselves. I have found a place at the bar where the noise level is not too bad. No outstanding dancers last night, but all OK to good twinks, nothing else. All were very obliging, chatting, etc, and I had a lot of fun. Especially recommended - Chris, Alex, Esteban, Ryan, Miguel. Not a large crowd of customers, but pleasant. Chris the bartender was there.

Nights vary. When I stopped by on Friday a few weeks ago, the parking lots were filled, and cars were parked all along the side streets and on the grass. Inside was packed, and it was difficult to walk through. There was a lot of business at the three bars inside. And there were lots of dancers.

@johnjohn thanks for the update and sorry you don’t have better news to share. I’ll be in Miami this weekend and was going to check out BW, LeBoy, and Johnson’s again. I’ll report back.
 
Re: Johnson’s. Their Facebook page is promoting their participation at Atlanta pride this weekend. Does that mean Johnson’s will be slower this weekend? Are the dancers going up to ATL?

Johnsons is doing great and has taken over the market.

One of the best dancers at Johnson's, Federico, flew up from Ft. Lauderdale Monday to dance in Atlanta this week. He danced at Johnson's last weekend and indicated that things are going great at the club.

Well here’s a Corner Pocket update October 2018.
 
I went there Saturday night about 10 PM. $5 cover, hand stamped in/out access ok, I was not asked for my ID.
 
It was pretty active, but that was a major rush around midnight that last about two hours. Most of the boys on the bar were twinks, with a couple of minks/otters. For the most part they were attractive, a few attractive++, I didn’t really see a lot of down and out type dancers, these guys were say 75% decent guys.
 
There were one or two really great looking guys. This cream of the crop seemed to have existing patrons/regulars who they spent a lot of time with both while dancing and while circulating the bar. Was difficult to get their attentions. $1 tips still get you a lot of touching...I always offered a bit more bcs some other customers around me really made the $1 only seem kind of denigrating to the dancers.
 
I hit it off with one very attractive boy...got back rubs, cozying up to me between his dance sets, much touching wherever I wanted, offering me private dance. There is no room for private/lap dance...so I declined - just getting rubbed up against while sitting on my barstool or a chair against the wall didn’t appeal to me. Private dance was offered at $40....dropped to $20 later he indicated he’d go back to hotel with me....but not until 3am when they closed. He said I could offer the manager a “buy out” for the evening to leave right away, I didn’t even ask what that might have cost. Ironically I left like 2am...ended up wandering back in closer to closing to eyeball him...but my boy was ignoring me and wrapped up with a couple regulars as described above.
 
Others that I might have taken back to my nearby hotel were starting to get a bit drunk, lol. I imagined them passing out and not being able to get rid of him after playtime! Too bad too, one was a very buff personal trainer by day...he’d had a couple two many.
 
I returned Sunday with low expectations...was pleasantly surprised to find about 6-8 dancers, albeit quality had dropped from busy Saturday. Boys dancing seemed willing to allow a LOT more touching Sunday...I’m guessing slower night, less crowd...and less females (one dancer told me Saturday female customers frowned/complained when they showed to much cock. One guy said “they ruin things”, lol)
 
All in all a better time than I anticipated based on what I’d heard recently. Same as prior visits, getting a boy to leave with you is problematic but possible.

I had a similar situation to yours. A few years ago, having always stayed at the Worthington, I was unable to get a reservation so I chose The Grand Resort and Spa. It is only a few steps away from the Worthington and I was very pleased. The rooms are nice, there are two pools and they also serve a complimentary breakfast. I recommend it highly.

Halloween is the biggest party time of the year in Wilton Manors (in Fort Lauderdale, FL) and the three stripper clubs in town. Party events will begin on Saturday, Oct. 27, and run through Halloween on Wednesday, Oct. 31. All of the details have not yet been printed in "Hotspots Magazine" (as far as I know), but here are links to two of last year's issues, where you can thumb through and get an idea of what will be available. The stripper bars and other venues will have similar events this year. Watch on-line for the next three issues of "Hotpots," which will have all of the details for this year. The stripper bars, Johnson's, Boardwalk, and LeBoy, usually have guest dancers, contests for customers and costumes, and theme nights beginning on Oct. 27.
 
The highlight is the Great Block Party on Halloween, October 31. Wilton Drive will be closed to auto traffic from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. from 21st Street to 26th Street. Thousands of people, most in costume, will be walking up and down the drive, enjoying the free entertainment and plenty of places to get food and drink, to see and to be seen. It is billed as the largest gay Halloween party in the U.S.

I visited LeBoy last evening, for the first time in a very long time. And I was stunned and amazed. They have never had so many good looking, charming, sexy, personable twink dancers before. Not a single skinny fem type, nor a single not-very-good-looking chubby. Every one was good looking, and there were some knockouts. The star was Francisco, the cutest, handsomest, sexiest, best dancer by far. He was amazing. He had stopped by, and we talked and played a little beside the bar earlier, but nothing prepared me for when he got on stage. What a dancer! What a dazzling smile! What a body! What moves! The music is now mostly Latin, not hard metal or rock, and much better than in the past. The boys obviously find it much easier to dance to.
 
Then Julio, who was also excellent but an even more perfect body and taller and everything in proportion and gorgeous and charming to talk with and eager to play. Ben Tyson was a beautiful totally smooth Black boy who knew how to charm and to please customers. If you like to pet and stroke utterly smooth silky black skin, from head to toe, Tyson offers it. His ass is absolutely delectable. Marcus. Isaac. Fernando, Paul. The list goes on and on. Some of the dancers were of Hispanic origin, but all were born in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. There was a total of 12-14 dancers by 10:00.
 
There were several students, a dance instructor, a pastry chef from the Culinary Institute, a carpenter.
Boys walked around all evening and introduced themselves to customers and made themselves available and did not hang out together. Lots of fun play around the bar. The outdoor patio was crowded all evening; the inside bar was just right without being overcrowded. Beer was $6 a bottle, but since there is no cover, no problem.
 
The only problem is the still high price of lap dances. But you can have a great deal of fun with the boys for $1 tips while sitting at the bar. In general, as long as you slip bills in their shorts periodically, they will remain with you.

No private rooms. Until a few months ago you could meander to the back bar with a dancer for a "private" dance out in the open, but that has come to and end.

The only full time "stripper bar" left in Chicago is the Lucky Horseshoe. They have dancers 7 days a week and have three rooms - dancers alternating in two of the rooms.
On a typical weekend night, there are usually 10 to 12 dancers .
Other bars in Chicago have dancers once in a while, nut not on a regular basis.
