There is so much to unpack and share. It’s going to take some time to sort  it out and make sense. You all have been great to follow along this totally unexpected trek, and I want to do it justice. So I’ve decided to break it up into some “episodes” kinda like Netflix.  
First of all, I am exhausted. My head is still spinning, and certain body parts are sore and tingling- more on that later.
Pre-Game. HD shows up in a fucking monster Jeep Rubicon - like something out of a movie - massive and screams bad ass. Said the sticker price was close to 100K and I can believe it. And it’s for sale in case I’m interested. Sure. Okay, he looks amazing. A 3-4 day scruff; he smells delicious and my heart is already pounding.  I can tell he’s already mellow, and we share a little “smoke” on the way which was much needed. We get to the field, and he parks close to the the Clubhouse store for a little shopping. It’s “red out” night and they have red jerseys on sale. What the hell - so I treated and we get a couple to blend in with the home crowd. I’ve lived in GA for close to 3 years and this is my first Braves gear. I’m really a Cubs fan, but that’s another story.  We find our way to the “dugout reserved 13” row 3 - hot damn - never been to a game with seats like this. Anyhow, great location and the vibe is intense- music blaring, just an incredible atmosphere and I’m so fucking high right now. Batting practice is about over and fans are lined up deep - we opted not to even try. Players jog around and stop briefly for photo ops.  It’s getting closer to “play ball” so HD uses his app to order some food - everything at the place is cashless - and the brats and beer are on the way. Impressive.
That’s enough for now. I need to get my head together and start working on the next episode. Appreciate your patience. 

I think Kris is playing this very well. There is no script for a scenario like this and one has to improvise as one goes along.
 The hotel room was a good idea and I’m not in a position to advise when Kris might bring this up. My own inclination would be at some point during the game. Maybe at the end of the game would be a better time. Kris will be better able to judge the timing.
The suggestion of a change of clothes was a great line to use. I wouldn’t have thought of that. I would have thought of inviting him home to my place after the game, but as Kris says they haven’t even exchanged addresses yet. The hotel room is a nice neutral setting for a first encounter between the sheets, if it comes to that.
The one thing I would do is take a bunch of 100s with me, so that if the deal is a discounted rate, I would still aim high not knowing what he charges his other male clients. I wouldn’t want to be caught short and have to try to find an ATM in the hotel. That would disrupt the flow of events.
Of course, maybe the outcome will be a real BFE with no bill at the end. Wouldn’t that be something.

The car salesman bit aroused my suspicions but when Kris said they are very high end vehicles such as Lamborghini’s, then I thought, what better place to meet men with tons of disposable income. I may be wrong, but I doubt there are many tire kickers showing up in such showrooms.
Of course these cars are also favoured by criminals nowadays so it’s not like the old days when buyers were only from the execs at Fortune 500 companies.
But that would not be a concern for our fellow poster, just his friend selling or leasing the cars. If the latter, such clients would typically not have as much wealth as the buyers, in my experience.

I was one of those members that posted actively from 2002  for a good many years and then ceased completely over 5 years ago. I had my own personal reasons for doing so, mostly related to the fact that my life had taken a different turn and escorts were no longer a part of it.
I came back a couple of years ago after this long hiatus. When I logged on I remember being somewhat amazed that my ID and password were still functional. It was a breeze to get started again. Of course, if they had been deleted, I could have come on with a new password and possibly new username. But being able to return as if nothing had happened to me was an experience like in days of old when a wandering son suddenly turns up again and is welcomed into the fold of the family unreservedly.
I wouldn't object to creating an inactive list and if we find out someone has passed on, maybe we should create a third list, the "Pantheon of Members" or some such, to retain the memory of those who have gone before and are no longer with us. For this third category, I would suggest their passwords be deleted. For in-actives, I think their ID's and passwords should be retained.
 

It’s the low cost airline pricing model. You want a designated seat? That’s extra. You want hold baggage? That’s extra. You want a crappy sandwich? That’s extra....
Those airlines are cheap for a reason. Fly with a decent airline if you want full service. Same applies with providers. 

Like everything in an unregulated industry, it means whatever the provider wants it to mean.  I look more for what they DON'T list in their 'intos' rather than what they do list.

I almost feel at this point that you are taking one for the team. The time is fast approaching and by taking us along on your journey so far. I think we are all invested in knowing the outcome. My last comment would be go with your instincts and keep a sense of humour. Good luck.

I was always more concerned about what poppers was doing to my blood pressure. They gave me such a sensation of blood rushing to my head that I thought I was going to burst a blood vessel. So I quit using them by the 1980's. 
It was around then that a sex partner spilled some in my eyes accidently while topping me. Did that sting! I was enjoying the sex until that moment.
Glad I did as I also suffer from a number of eye issues and didn't need this as a further complication, if only remote.

Well it’s also weird to me , because when I switch to not available I tend to get more calls (rentmen) than if I switch to available. But I also have a cut off point to me accepting clients at a certain time (mainly late at night). I had my ad not available for 3 days ( just to get my focus back etc) and one client told me that I always have mine unavailable so I think some clients do look for your availability I also sometimes turn my massage ad off sometimes to give my wrists a break I sometimes go by this “absence makes the heart grow fonder “

Okay, gentlemen, the errands are over. My check list is complete. Hot dude (who will now be known as HD) is meeting me at 5 at the gym - which even in bad traffic is only 20+ minutes from Truist. He wants to get there early for batting warmups. I think I’m ready and very much appreciate all the advice, suggestions and rah-rah. I’ve got a bunch of “real work” yet to do, so I will sign off until probably tomorrow. HD has no knowledge of this forum, and even if he does, you may have guessed by now that my real identity is a jumbled anagram of my actual name. Still a little nervous. We did talk about “positions” one time and he admitted to being versatile if the chemistry was right. Same here. 
 
It’s 85 with a breeze- should be a perfect evening. We’re taking our gloves and a ball - who knows, might snag an autograph or two.

Years ago I used Canadianmale.com You are right in your observation of most profiles on Mintboys being flaky and inactive and I've actually had a couple bad experiences from that website. I believe it comes down to the reviews. If scammers can post a free ad there without reviews to make them accountable, well what can you expect?
I personally dislike Seeking Arrangement because my perception is that it's crowded with cat-fishers and most folks there are looking for someone to take care of them in the long-term which is something I'm not interested in for the heavy investment in time, money, and emotional energy. You're basically focusing all your efforts in 1 single person and 1 single person alone, while on Rentmen I can just browse the menu. Also, that would be the reason why there are more providers on Rentmen than on Seeking Arrangement, because there is more business on Rentmen. Otherwise escorts would not continue to pay for their ads there.
You can use the search feature to look for a couple threads that contain tips and tricks on how to protect your account from being banned on Grindr. I've hired a couple guys from there. The experiences were nice and affordable, but this means that you might not expect to charge there as much as you charge on Rentmen. For some reason, the guys on Grindr usually have for lower rates, but then again they are not paying for being there and they are not being reviewed, so I suppose that compensates for the lower rate.
