When I use the term “classically handsome” I am referring to the ancient Greeks and Romans whose sculpture inspired the look that is “classic”. Classic refers to a standard that is not subjective but rather objective. What each of us finds handsome or pretty is subjective. The latter is really the more important, as you suggest.
