So I was kinda liking the less bulky version of Zac recently, and lo and behold there are naked paparazzi shots of him. I guess "it" is proportional to his height and stature, but honestly, I wished it was still a mystery to me. Maybe he's a grower? ?‍♂️

I don't want this to turn into a train wreck, so please allow me to make a few points.
 
We, 'Team Washington', as we've been dubbed, have been working to preserve Bill's digital assets, these two sites, as he would have wanted. In order to accomplish that, we first had to convince the hosting company to let us provide payment, so that they didn't go dark. Once that was accomplished, we found that there was another problem: the license for the XenForo engine had expired, ending support and updates. To address that, we would need to upload a file to the site's directory on the server, and that meant getting access to it. Bill had set things up so that it could not be accessed except from his computer, so we asked the hosting company if they could make that possible. Doing this was what caused the first brief outage.
 
But there was a side-effect. During the night, some automated process at the hosting company, which could now access the server as well, updated something that broke the site. @RadioRob attempted to fix the problem, but after a lot of work, concluded that it would be better to port the code and database to a server that he had control of, so he could return it to life. This meant registering this here new domain, and redirecting traffic from the old URL to here. All of this was a work-around, a means to keep this site running.
 
Ownership of the site has not changed as of this time, and 'Team Washington' do not wish to own it. It now has an alias, of sorts. Going forward, assuming ownership is changed, the original domain will still be its primary URL, but the alias will work as well, and it might be easier for people to remember.
 
So we're in a holding pattern here. The state has not yet spoken. We have not gotten the death certificate. Being able to present a clear idea of what the community would like to do with the sites would help whoever it is that decides the disposition of the sites to understand the value of this place to its inhabitants, and to act accordingly.

In the long distant past I engaged in fox hunting and jumping. And won a few ribbons. I always considered my mount as the better part of the team. I just tried to make him (or her) shine and not f**k it up on my part.

For the first time, there will be mixed relays events in athletics and swimming in this year’s Olympics.

Mixed-gender events in athletics, swimming, table tennis and triathlon have been approved for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, the IOC has announced.

In mixed doubles tennis, a man and woman team compete against another man and woman team. The four men and women all compete against one another with the same equipment, rules, etc.

One of my favorite events to watch is equestrian (eventing cross country and the equestrian portion of modern pentathlon.) So exciting and quite unpredictable!

@JoeMendoza & @mike carey, Correct!! ? “The current Olympic equestrian disciplines are Dressage, Eventing, and Jumping. In each discipline, both individual and team medals are awarded. Women and men compete together on equal terms.”

I can't think of many, but I think equestrian and maybe events with mixed doubles - like badminton and tennis and couple competitions like pairs skating and ice dance?

I saw a no-hitter in person at the end of the 1969 baseball season. The Pirates Bob Moose pitching against the New York Mets at Shea Stadium in Queens. Too bad it was almost October because Mr. Moose didn't get much attention. He should have.

Thank you for this forum. My favorite sports moment is still being in the Astrodome and watching Mike Scott pitch a no hitter against the Giants that put the Astros in the MLB playoffs. It was back when the earth was cooling... in I think 1986.

I'm happy to see so many sports fans on here. Baseball is my favorite of them all. I think 2022 will be the Padres' year. The Dodgers are clearly better so far, as was predicted in 2021. The Pads need to shore up their middle relief to become more competitive. Thus far, it's been rather dreadful.

Here's hoping for a full season. The Yankees are my favorite team, and in their first televised spring training game they showed off a few hot rookies.Prospect Armando Alvarez showed talent at 3d base, but received much more attention for his shirt sleeves! They showed off some delightful muscles!
