None of this is aimed at anyone here. Just general observation:

It's not shocking that people don't opt for the most thorough exams/vaccines/medication/bloodwork possible. It's also unfortunate.

Let's face it, this is the country where we routinely hear ads about 'being too embarrassed' to talk to your doctor about needing things like Viagra.

The doc is there to help keep you functional and healthy. If they can't or won't, move on. If you're too concerned with what your doctor will think of you being brutally honest, perhaps you need to reevaluate your own issues.

Be an adult. Preventative care is no joke.

    Yes.

I'd recommend going with the flow. An overnight timeframe allows for a natural evening progression, conversation, play, dinner, etc.

If there's something specific that interests you for the time, yes, I'd plan or discuss it with your guy. Otherwise, just play it by ear, don't over-plan and enjoy the experience.

I'd suggest the same for a client. It makes things easier in the event one or both need to carry Ambien or ear plugs.

Forget what you know about Melissa McCarthy as a comedian: She's got great dramatic chops.

It's also nice to see Jane Curtain back on screen.

Quiet film, but very well directed and everyone is giving stellar performances.

So, what you're really saying is the study results are problematic (ie, questionable) from the get-go.

Far too many people aren't brutally honest with their Dr about themselves and practices, which makes it difficult for a medical professional to care for them. I don't understand that kind of relationship when you're relying on someone to help you be the healthiest version of yourself.

They actually are able to do hair samples to see if there is Truvada in your tissues to see if you've been actually taking the medication regularly or not. One of case-studies of a man on prep who became HIV+ actually even admitted it was impossible to tell whether the man got a Truvada-resistant strain because they man admitted to somewhat inconsistent use and he recently shaved his hair so they couldn't tell how long he had even adhering. So one of the six cases should be treated incredibly skeptically as to whether Truvada failed or not. https://www.poz.com/article/new-case-apparent-prep-failure-comes-hazier-details

Here, you get wild speculation, sex shaming, PrEP is amazing/terrible, etc.

... Basically, the same debate we've had here since PrEP was introduced.

I have written an absolutely honest autobiography. I also have 46 years of daily journals, in which I have recorded everything of note to me, including such details as how much I paid Escort X on Sept. 4, 1982, and what acts we engaged in; my opinion of an operatic performance at Covent Garden in March 1974; where I ate dinner on July 5, 1997; what lie I told my high school class reunion committee in 2005 to avoid going to their get-together; the death from AIDS of someone I fucked at an orgy in Baltimore in 1966, etc., etc., ad nauseam. The journals alone fill a very long file cabinet drawer.

An academic library to which I have given a substantial financial bequest has agreed to accept and archive all these documents and keep them closed for ten years after my death, after which they will be available to anyone.

Those runway markings are not realistic.

Runways are usually numbered according to their direction, more precisely called runway magnetic bearing or QFU (see Q codes).
Consider a plane flying toward the runway on final approach in a day without any wind. Divide its magnetic heading by 10, round it to the nearest whole number and you'll usually get the runway number. For example, if the magnetic heading is 345° then 345/10=34,5, so the runway number will be 35 which will be a runway used for landings (and takeoffs) to the north.
Opposite ends of the same runway have different numbers, 18 (which represents 180 degrees) apart. A runway with 35 for landings to the north will have runway 17 for landings to the south. Even though these are the same strip of concrete, they are treated as separate runways by pilots and controllers.
If there are two airports near one another with runways at the same angle, sometimes one of the airports will add or subtract one from the runway number to help planes differentiate between the airports.
Occasionally a runway number will change when the magnetic declination angle changes in such amount, making the runway magnetic bearing divided by 10 and rounded to the nearest whole number increase or decrease.
Some runways in areas of large magnetic declination use true instead of magnetic headings for the runway numbers. This is not unusual in northern Canada and Greenland.
When there is more than one parallel runway at an airport, L, R, or C may be appended to the runway number for Left, Right, or Center. These are based on the approach direction, so, for example, the runway 35L would be called 17R from the opposite direction.
