If I were an escort, I would rather get less clients @ a higher rate, than more (cheap) clients @ a lower rate. More clients @ a lower rate just means more work, & probably no tips, no dinners, dingy motels... yuck... not worth the extra bucks that may come from f'ing more guys.

Get all your hormone levels checked. You could have and under performing gland that’s causing these issues.
Move your cholesterol med to nighttime to avoid muscle pains.

A 77 year old neighbor added a 5 mile daily walk to his lifestyle and totally eliminated BP and cholesterol meds in 6 months. You can get off maintenance meds by changing your behavior.

Your reply gives me hope that you're learning how to manage people and how you respond to them. That's a good thing.
 
I think many of us have our own ways of keeping track of those who waste time, outright lie, attempt to setup imaginary appointments, etc. Whether it's logging IPs or, if the circumstance demands, more invasive background checks, it's tough for most people to not leave an electronic trail when they fool around online.

I knew one in London. He was a legit LP. Like a lot of LPs, he had inherent health issues and died young.
 
I also know some really small guys (5'2") who are working guys.

The more meds you're on, the more the side effects will impede your life.
 
If you can get off BP meds, that would definitely help the sex drive. Americans tend to just add more pills to the mix to fix whatever's wrong, but if think you can make lifestyle changes to get your BP down, that would be fantastic.
