If you can get off BP meds, that would definitely help the sex drive. Americans tend to just add more pills to the mix to fix whatever's wrong, but if think you can make lifestyle changes to get your BP down, that would be fantastic.

I'm the OP of this thread, and I agree with providers having a list that they can put clients on but publicly sharing someone's phone number because they didn't set an appointment or keep an appointment is a real piece of shit move. If the person stole from you, was violent towards you, or threatened you in some way- I get it. Green light. Destroy them. But just because they are rude, or flaky, or disorganized, or their life suddenly changed is really unconscionable and is likely to land Mocha aka Jarrod Brandon aka Joey Bryant in some trouble of some kind somewhere along the way.

Nope.

Wherever you decide to go, do make sure to actually see, learn about and enjoy the country you're visiting: I scratch my head at people who travel for 30 hours, only to be fully consumed by getting laid or cruising a gay bar that looks exactly like what you can get most anywhere in the States.
 
Traveling to me is about exiting your bubble and possibly learning something you didn't know before. Call me crazy
 
My vote would be to go to Moscow or Saint Petersburg. They're both fascinating and beautiful. The visa isn't tough to get. Just some easy paperwork, or if you want to streamline it further, you can have a third-party expeditor do it all for you.

Having been a contestant, I think you would have a hard time making a hire. They are so focused on the contest and moderating their food and water intake, that working would be far from their minds. After the contest is over, they are focused on getting someting to eat and some rest.

So I’m going to venture slightly off topic from the op’s original post. That’s only because I think it’s a little warranted.
 
I always say if you’re unsure of something, ask.
 
I know it can be annoying going through a myriad of ads trying to figure out what is what. However, just asking the working guy will end the frustration much quicker. And if he/she doesn’t respond or is vague move on. Getting frustrated and venting on these forums about it won’t end whatever level of frustration you have. It won’t change the general practices of searching and hiring until the profession is regulated. I don’t think that will happen in our lifetime in this country.
 
I’ll tell you one thing for sure, sometimes asking (and asking at the right moment or even the right way) yields surprisingly positive results when you think someone is strictly a top, strictly a bottom, or somewhere in between.
