Paddles is in a basement and is a longish dark painted room with a small bar serving soft drinks near the entrance. I haven't been in a while but I remember it being reasonably busy by 10. Lap dances are up a flight of stairs in an open area overlooking the main floor with chaperones watching whats happening although if you get into a corner you can be a little more aggressive.

No experience here but damn those Brazilian men have the most amazing butts. I was in Rio last fall and was drooling over the CaRioCa ass on Ipanema beach!
