At first I was like you "cheap bastard spring for the goddamn house tour".
Then I saw it was $55 for a 90 minute tour of that ugly ass monstrosity of a house…. I’ll be in the garden waiting.

I don't see any attempt here at "stirring shit". It's an interesting topic.
Most people have behaved themselves even though the subject has significantly different viewpoints.
Conversation isn't very interesting if people just always agree with each other.

I do not think there is any significative difference between documented or undocumented escorts regarding quality and safety. You will have the same chances to get good or poor service, you will have to take the same safety precautions you take with escorts who are US citizens.
You point to the most significant difference and challenge, the language barriere. You are already working through that challenge quite successfully, it seems to me. I would only suggest you to see this difficulty as an opportunity. These guys are probably enthusiastic about learning English, and that opens the gate for you to develop rapport. Consider offering trades like weekly meetings where you chat one hour in Spanish and one hour in English. Not only would you foster rapport from delivering to their need, but also from the natural empathy we feel when a foreigner wants to learn our language. Of course, this is in addition to any non educative deals you may want to make.
The other significant difference I see is, as pointed in this thread, that these boys are relatively more exposed to all kind of risks (traffic, exploitation, health, poverty, etc) than US citizens.  I am glad they are meeting a decent man like you, who genuinely appreciates them and is not trying to take advantage of their situation.

I feel better off now in terms of available cash flow but that's entirely because I had not started to collect my pension at the start of the pandemic and was spending accrued savings. Since my pension was a lump sum in the pension fund (and would yield an incrementally higher fortnightly payment the longer I delayed starting to draw it down) my then-and-now comparison is an illusion. I have other tax-exposed investments and a tax-protected pension fund that I know are there but don't factor in to my day-to-day financial situation. In the last four years I haven't been spending all my pension income, and six months ago paid cash for a new[er] car, and have been travelling, including hotel rates I would have blanched at in the past (I'm looking at you, InnDulge) and paying to sit closer to the front of the aeroplane.
Like @Luv2play my pension is CPI indexed, biannually in my case, and my house has increased in value but I'm not planning to sell it so its value is, for now, immaterial. So whether it's real, an illusion or just that I have settled into a new pattern, I feel better off now than I did in 2020.

Yes, the government pension (funded from the current government budget not prior individual contributions, and open to everyone but means tested on a sliding scale based on other income and on assets), is poverty level. I don't qualify for that. Mine is one funded by my lifetime pre-tax contributions, and employer contributions over my career. It started out as a military retirement scheme but was rolled into a fund that complied with the mandatory national superannuation scheme when it was implemented in the 90s.

First, have a high FICO score to get the best CC offers.  It could be points, miles, cashback or a combo.
Get the card and satisfy the terms of the deal.  Likely a minimum spend in a certain number of months.
Churn the card by paying it to zero and shelving it, or just cancel if you don't think there will be a reward clawback.
There are a ton of CC blogs and groups out there that go into insane, minute detail.  Every card.  Every offer.  Everything.  Even how to snag more points/miles/rewards through retention agents.  These are the people who likely have a spreadsheet for everything in their lives.
I don't fault them:  I just don't have the willpower to do the same.
