Update......I fixed my problem and am now able to send texts on my iPad. I’m not sure I could explain what I did but the link Mr. Slater provided was helpful.

All of a sudden I’m no longer able to send messages to people who have an Android product using my iPad. I can still sent text messages from my iPhone 6 Plus to Android users though. It’s just my iPad. The only thing I can think of is that my iPad was just recently automatically updated to the latest iOS. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a simple fix? I’m a complete technological moron. I’m now afraid to update my phone to the latest iOS for fear I won’t be able to send text messages to Android users. Ugh!

Ok.....I’m not the smartest cookie in the world (have references that can attest to this) so I’m hoping Forum members can answer this for me. Is the rolling warning system which assesses members penalty points that roll of after a specified period of time a new feature? I never paid that much attention to the old terms and rules so this system may have existed and I didn’t know it. For example, posting in a language other than English will get you 5 penalty points for a three month period. After three months the 5 points roll off your accumulated total. I have actually posted a Spanish word in a couple of my posts. I said “Maybe it’s time for the yellow “candado”. Candado ? is the Spanish word for padlock. I was simply trying to say that maybe a thread should be locked because of the inappropriate course it’s taken. Would that be a 5 point penalty for me?

It’s my understanding that effective December 17, 2018 the Tumblr app will delete all sexual adult content. I’d be interested in Forum members input. Will another site come along and fill the void?
