  4. John Bromfield (1922–2005) was an American film and television actor who made his screen debut in Harpoon (1948). In the 1960s, he retired from acting to produce sports shows and work as a commercial fisherman off Newport Beach, CA. The following two images are from the 3D film Revenge of the Creature (1955), a sequel to Creature from the Black Lagoon.

    With his great friend (from childhood on), the hilarious, one-of-a-kind Wally Cox (1924-1973). As noted on both their Wikipedia pages: Brando's close friendship with Cox was the subject of rumors. Brando told a journalist: "If Wally had been a woman, I would have married him and we would have lived happily ever after." Two of Cox's wives, however, dismissed the suggestion that the love was more than platonic.
