  1. Home Renovation (I guess) . . .
  2. I thought that Netflix kept it tame to that it could keep its straight audience watching but still a slight bit titalating I have always found that straight women will watch almost any story and might venture into a couple of naked good-looking built men making out (or more) if it comes up in a story. And they really do not care if the women do the same thing although they won't go looking for it. The straight men on the other hand would not want to watch male on male scenes (or at least they will not do so in front of other people) so there is no reason to put such scenes in a movie, even if these scenes really are what the movie is meant to be about. In this case, Netflix simply left such scenes out. This of course made it boring for anyone who probably would be watching a movie about that aspect of Hollywood.
  3. Please God, when I die . . .
  4. I guess it was because he seems to enjoy his pink playmate. But that does not foreclose any other further kind of playing.
  5. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.
  6. For real, or photoshopped or barring that added padding?
  7. I always want them to drift my way.
  8. No, I saw it. I guess I am so perverse that I did not think that the young one was being forced to do anything. I thought the top was just using some pressure to have a few inches more of fun. Of course, I can't hear anything so I might change my mind if there was something which would indicate otherwise. I can't even really say that there is pressure being applied. Damn, those cartoons.
  9. He can make me breakfast any ol' time and in return I will . . .
  10. No one seems to have an "issue" with anyone here.
  11. I think that one of the first things to remember about Murphy's Hollywood is that it is a rather fantastical portrayal. Like real life, Willson is a somewhat layered person. Besides actually attempting to help Rock Hudson, among many actors, Willson also took advantage of him, occasionally sexually. Willson was a closeted gay person so he knew that his clients had a lot to lose and so he knew exactly how to manipulate them. At the same time as the movie shows people sacrifice a lot (morals, love, relationships) for fame. Because it seems from the movie that his clients tend to be young they obviously don't know what they will have to sacrifice but they do it all the same in the end. However, the movie is a fantastical portrayal for many of the characters that it has onboard. They are in some ways true but in other ways things just did not happen in that way. The most obvious is Hudson. He remained closeted through out most of his career. In all likelihood he even married Willson's secretary to maintain the facade (lasted only 3 years). There was no man-to-man handholding at the Oscars.
  12. Very good looking alright but like many young actors could certainly benefit from some beginning acting classes. But then again sometimes it just does not matter.
  13. A couple of other mentions: Holland Taylor and Joe Mantello are magnificent. Plus, I was taken aback: Darren Criss is STRAIGHT? Yikes.
