I would preface everything I say by, "To each his own." However, in that I use a personal trainer myself I am not sure how the "nude" aspect of the sessions helps at all. Certainly the first one or two sessions might be feasts for the eyes but like boyfriends after that you just begin to notice the small areas of back acne or bald spots. The emphasis in my eyes is (or should be) on the training and not on the "sessions". My guess is that you MAY be paying more to see a couple of dangling balls while the guy tells you that you should lift the barbell higher.
