I have found that, as others have mentioned, have the top exercise you with fingers and tongue. But also you can start by being on top. You go as slow as you want. You go as deep as you want at first. Wet his appetite. Watch his eyes and you can see he is going to be grateful was you go further and further toward him. Once you get all the way down, stop for a minute so you get used to the girth, then slowly back up. Drives the top crazy. Then take it in the direction you want.
