I know it sounds crazy (and it is) but I am always hesitant about hosting because I think that the person will have some judgment about where I live. Now actually I live in a nice part of town and I have a nice condo but I always think that either they themselves will have a wonderful sea/beach/ocean-side condo and/or he will have done either overnights or week-long engagements in majestic complexes.
