I am assuming this is meant facetiously. Canada has nearly 38 million people. According to the Fraser Institute, a well-respected Canadian think tank, estimated in 2017 that that the number of individuals leaving Canada for treatment elsewhere (generally the U.S.) is 64,000 people. This was for a variety of reasons but the main reason was because of waiting times for procedures. At the same time a 2016 study showed that 1.4 million Americans travelled abroad for medical treatment. I thought this was an interesting (and very informative) video regarding the Canadian system and American systems. The video is of a Senate Committee hearing held about 6 years ago. (about 6 min.)
