If Max is offering different rates for the listed choices, he should indicate so on his ad; otherwise it's false advertising. If he's not comfortable doing this, his reply to the initial outreach should be "What type of massage are you looking for?" and then say what the price would be. I'm sure he operates the way he does because he might lose customers when they found out about the upcharge.
 
I was dumfounded as we passed the hour mark of my 90 minute massage and he was still in short pants, shoes and socks, hadn't done anything sensual or erotic, and kept his body as out of reach as possible.
