If I wasn't before, I am now.

Ahhhh.....Summer!
 
This past summer was a blast for me.
Usually I'm more of a winter person.
Snow bound in Aspen....is my idea of Heaven.
 
This Summer I promised to embrace the Joys of Summer.
I grilled local fish outside for dinner at least 5 times a week.
I went to the beach and swam in the ocean for an hour at least twice a week.
I swam laps in my pool for an hour at least 4 times a week.
I lost 20 lbs and got back into a Speedo for the first time in over 5 years.
I made sure there was sand in my hair, my ears, my shower, and my bed every day.
I got tan lines to match my Speedo.
 
A few weeks ago I was talking to a Life Guard buddy by the Life Guard stand.....
and someone walked up and asked me if I was a Life Guard!
 
For the first time in many years...I felt ALIVE during summer!
 
I'm am very sad to see it go.....but BRING ON THE SLOPES!

Friends and I call it the "Greyhound of the Sky".
 
Don't ever fly private though.....you'll like it too much to ever give it up!

For those of you who have been here for a while this little blast from the past might provide some nostalgic amusement. For the new members, well, enjoy.

Little Johnny passes by his parents' bedroom in search of a glass of water. Hearing a lot of moaning and thumping, he peeks in and catches his parents in the act. Before Dad can react, Johnny exclaims "oh boy, horsie ride! Daddy can I ride on your back?" Somewhat relieved that Johnny's not asking more uncomfortable questions and seeing he doesn't have to break his stride, Dad agrees. Johnny hops on and Dad goes to town. Pretty soon things get really heated and mommy begins to moan and gasp. Little Johnny cries out: " hang on tight, Daddy! This is the part where me and the plumber usually get bucked off!"

Kobe, classy. Wow. Cheers, man. That was/is one of the most professional responses I've seen to criticism. Kudos also to Kyle for your response to Kobe. This does work. Nice.

Welcome to the forum.
 
You've gotten great advice above. As a first time hire I wouldn't hire anyone
that doesn't have good reviews here or at least 2-3 well known forum members
recommending them. There's plenty of time for crappy hires and mistakes
later...make sure your first one is fun.
 
It's always helpful when you give examples of guys you're interested in....that way
even if we don't know anything about those specific men we might be able to recommend
someone "close" to that person's look / style.
