I've never understood this one. Isn't it insulting to a whole gender to imply they're not smart enough to check the toilet seat before using it? Living alone for most of my adult life, and when not almost always with other males, I've just left the seat the way I've used it. And clean, because my aim is terrible. Be careful with the Pope. I rented my beach condo to a rep from The Wholly Sea (like an AirBnB for beach properties) last December and they trashed the place. The guy said it was just going to be a man, woman and baby and maybe their donkey (which I nixed because of our no pet policy) with that 3 other guys might drop by.
13 guys showed up! Food everywhere, all the sinks, toilets and bathtubs were filled with wine, there were dead fish all over the pool deck and some kind of reddish stains by all the doors.
The only good part is that I had an old 36" flat screen TV that was dead that suddenly started working again.

I was very young and very new to hiring.

You can make little insinuations during sex, subtle things like "let me suck that (NAME OF COLLEGE) graduate's big dick", "you look so much better naked than in your mug shots", "Yeah, kiss me like you kissed you boyfriend in those Facebook pictures", "harder, harder like if you were pumping your credit report", etc
