While they might be able to get ‘Logan’ on supplying drugs to the doctor-although with the victim being a physician, depending on the type of drug, it’s possible he would have had greater access than Logan-I don’t see how they can convince a jury of 1st degree murder. Now I could also see them convicting Logan of something like failure to render aid/fleeing the scene of a death as well as the theft charges. In any case the trial should prove interesting. I feel sorry for the physician, his family and friends, and for Logan as I doubt he deliberately killed the physician. I also feel very weird as I ‘knew’ Logan in the biblical sense probably at least 4 times. Gman
