I think you're right. I think most of the cases probably did come from like one-offs and then a few from connections to it. There most have been something in Canada too...probably another bathhouse or something. But yeah, it's not the actual sex but just being in close-contact or in the cases of the bathhouses using the same sheets/mattresses.
