But I find that this is the main problem with all these younger guys today providing these kinds of services! The concept of customer service and customer satisfaction seems to be beyond these self-centered younger generations everywhere in all walks of life. They feel entitled and perform their "jobs" no matter what or where doing the bare minimum and for the maximum amount of money. They don't think or care to establish a repeat customer or connections, nor referrals by word of mouth because they only think about the now and their money and asume others will come and be willing to pay. They see it as easy money and not a business they own and run.
