Good job! 👏🏽 I don't really squat heavy anymore... years ago I made the choice to switch from free squats to the leg press... it's a much safer option especially for us taller guys. One bit of unsolicited advice for everyone....the leg press is very safe so long as your ass doesn't come up off the seat, if that happens, you've gone too far and you've invoked the lower back.. no bueno.. ( locking your knees at the top of the movement is also a bad idea ) The real boogie man in the gym is the hack squat... it's very unforgiving and if the load is a bit too heavy ( relatively speaking ) and someone goes too low, it's a sure way to blow out the knees ( I've known many that ended leg progress for life with that machine... ) that's my two cents.. but again, great job with the six plates! 🙌🏽👏🏽 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

His studio made some iconic muscle films: Cowboy; Cowboy Rides Again; Lords of the Ring; Duke Miller's Lumberjack Gang Bang; The Matrixxx; Married Cops Do; etc. As far as I know, no studio today is filming with such a stable of hot, huge muscle guys. He's no longer with us... it's been quiet some time now... years ago I met with him the day after a Jimmy Z show ( another one RIP ) at his beautiful home in Hancock Park to discuss working together but it never materialized.
