How do i PM to a post versus posting to all? I know how to reply to a message in my inbox but not sure how to initiate a PM. Thanks.

I think @Sean Y wants to include the text of the post or a reference to it.

Assuming my statement above is correct, here's how:

 

1. Click "Reply"
   
2. Copy the text exactly as it displays
   
3. Click on the member's name and select "Start a Conversation"
   
4. Paste the text
   
5. Type your reply
