Obviously, this tactic did not work effectively as this scandal was uncovered and he was busted.

This goes to show what.i have said in the past.

This "screening" is antiquated and ineffective.

The only protection is knowing the law letter by letter and knowing what to avoid in regards to incriminating yourself.
