He is definitely very unique. Once I saw a video of him, which was a documentary of his life with his elderly, disabled partner. It was bitter-sweet and deeply moving. But because of that, I felt that hiring him would be such an intrusion. I wouldn't be able to forget the images of the elderly disabled partner. Maybe I am too sensitive, but I couldn't bring myself to hiring him.
