I have no idea except that he has been advertising in Seattle for a long time. Most of the local guys are legit--not saying how good they are. The frauds and scams are typically transients passing through, then moving on.

I was just wondering "how long is long?" I'm not arguing. But I moved away about 15 months ago. And I don't remember him. Of course I could have missed him.
