In the videos of the providers that I have subscribed to (10 or more) the participants all seem to make it clear that they were very aware that a video was being made. Because the behavior that the two or three or however many are engaged in is illegal (sex for money) I can't imagine that you would have too much of a claim about a secret video being made. That would be different if you were having sex (let's say from Grindr) and the other guy made a video and published it in some form.

I’d say no. I mean it’s not of the realm of possibility you run into someone who might attempt that, but I think it’s going to be super ultra rare occurrence.

 

If you are still worried it might happen then invite the escort to your home or your hotel room to mitigate hidden cams. If that still isn’t enough ask him to put his phone somewhere it couldn’t possibly record the action, like in a drawer or flat on a shelf.
