What site or app do providers use to research clients phone #'s?

I was surprised that a provider sent me a screen shot from a site that said I ghosted him several months ago. Couldn't see what the site or app was, but my number was up at the top.

(I have not ghosted any provider. That said, have I walked when their pics don't match their ad, or they demand $$ upfront? All the time.))

There are multiple private & public blacklist sites that exist.

Some of them purposely leak sensitive info to search engines if there's a real threat (or an assumed one, in some cases).

As a failsafe, there are sites like DeleteMe that can help find and remove that information.
