If you use a VPN to read the verbal rentmen reviews posted in his account, you will see that he does, indeed, go with sole male clients.  

If he lies about not going with only men, what else is false in his ad?

I'm just curious.  Why in the hell would he advertise on a gay escort site showing photographs of himself with a woman?  In my book the entire thing is weird beyond belief.

It seems odd to me, as well, however, he seems to qualify himself with the following statement in his ad:

I admit I am attracted to bi and even some straight porn becuz of the male tops (I can dream). So seeing a gay provider with a woman doesn't turn me off if I think he might be available.

In this case one review said he performed a massage, which is listed in his ad. Maybe on a slow night, he would be open for more if the $$ was right.
