I think in your particular question, you are asking only about bottoms, in this case escorts, who are not able to continue because they have orgasmed, and you have not, rather than a "flip flop situation."

 

However, the same answer truly applies. Good communication, as with all escort/client meetings (or for that matter any meeting between two guys) needs to take place.

 

We seem to have this issue as men that we should not talk about these things beforehand, especially in our personal life. It's probably your initial assumption of being a great top which holds true in this case, but a really good bottom will let you finish in spite of his having cum. At the very least, he should be ready to go again in ten minutes or so. I wouldn't let doubt do much creeping though. It might taint your next experience with a more resilient escort.
