+ StLouisOct
This is the attractive and talented porn star Tayte Hanson. He has only one testicle and performs very well. That’s not usually relevant, but if you have a friend who has to have a ball removed and is concerned about sex and masculinity afterwards, tell him about Tayte. I have a friend with testicular cancer who’s going to lose a ball and I recommended he watch Tayte in action. My friend is straight , so I suggested a masturbation scene. He ended up watching Tayte fuck a few guys (very well as always) and his spirits were uplifted (maybe more than his spirits 😉) Still a traumatic situation for him, but I think I (and Tayte) helped. + bashful, + glennnnn, HuskyC and 2 others
jeezifonly
During the procedure, a prosthetic testicle can be inserted in the sack to visually restore the holy trinity and I believe it is covered by insurance in most cases. This is part of the procedure planning and there will be samples from which he can choose, if he opts for it. Hope your friend comes through cancer-free. + glennnnn
EastbayMike
Even with only one ball, Steve still knocked up Miranda. Njguy2, thomas and Marc in Calif 1 1

Yep, but an artificial ball doesn’t address the concerns about cumming.

If you have one testicle, you can produce enough fluid to ejaculate. They might not all be swimmers is all.
spider
Only 2-5% of the ejaculate comes from the testes, I doubt you'll notice any difference https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Semen
jeezifonly
I am just now remembering I dated a guy in the early 80’s who had only one ball - his cancer arrived before the advent of the quality prosthetics. I didn’t find it in anyway disruptive to having sex. I think I was able to take everything in a mouthful before he got too hard. Sweet fuzzy guy. I had a similar experience and I was pleased that when we first met - and knew we’d be fucking soon - he told me he had only one and it didn’t phase me at all. I just asked him if he liked it sucked. He did, and it was a pleasure to concentrate on one lovely, sensitive ball. 😋 jeezifonly, MikeBiDude, thomas and 1 other 3
+ glutes
There was a limerick from back at Boy Scout camp, goes something like: "There once was a man named Paul, who could walk the hall on one ball..."
Rudynate
I brought a guy home once who had one ball and he didn't have a prosthesis. He was a short, hunky athlete type - very sexy. At my age then (maybe 22) the single ball bothered me - we had sex, but it wasn't great. I hired a guy a few years ago, who had a prosthetic ball. Like a moron, when I noticed it, I said , "Oh, a prosthesis." I regretted it as soon as I said it. I could tell it made him a little uncomfortable and I felt like an asshole. Appearance-wise, it was very convincing, but sensation-wise it wasn't.
MikeBiDude
I met a young guy from seeking arrangements 3-4 years ago. Had coffee, chat, headed back to my place where he commented that he only had one ball. Was nervous to tell me. I told him it wouldn’t bother me and indeed it didn’t and we had a marvelous afternoon. Wasn't great because of the one testicle or for other reasons? I can't imagine that would bother me one bit.
Njguy2
Many years ago I met up with a guy who had had testicular cancer, they removed both testicles and replaced them with implants. Looking at him you'd never know they were fake and they felt real as well. He had no issues performing. If he hadn't told me I don't think I would have noticed. Usually with testicular cancer one only removes the affected testicle, and I've never heard of testicular cancer affecting both sides. The only time in my life I met someone with both out, there was a different reason for the 2 testicles being lost (mumps and cancer). That may well be in terms of the norm, but cancer ran in his family and he wasn't going to have any children so they removed both.

Just between you and me, that was really atrocious care. Testicular cancer is quite easy to detect and treat (other than choriocarcinoma, which is very rare), and there are no professional guidelines which suggest bilateral orchiectomy upon detection of testicular cancer. LookingAround
You guys are making the assumption both testes were removed at the same time. It’s rare but there are cases in which a person with TC has a recurrence of a second cancer in the other testicle later. Could have happened here. I’ve seen such cases. Whippoorwill
One of my first boyfriends had one undeveloped ball. When he was a youth, he got some kind of infection, one testicle blew up like a baseball, and then never grew with the rest of his body. Didn't make any difference...he was the one who taught me lots of what a 20-yr old needed to know about man sex. thomas
