Texted. Got asked to fill out form for personal info (email, social media, etc) so he can check to see if we will be a good match. Says in his text that if I don’t like to share then we probably wont be a match.

Maybe that is his way of checking if client is of his preference/type. Providers these days are quite creative. Although it didn’t sit right with me that I have to do this while I’m the one paying for the service. He looks nice and mature from his profile though.

It seems sketch and problematic to me - I'm not super active on any social media sites but shared them anyway along with my phone number and email, and to simply not reply when someone provides personal information like that is a red flag.

You can "weed out" clients with a phone call or even by asking for pictures, but then, why even bother advertising to the general public?

I didn't know that providers are supposed to not accept clients if it's not within their preferences.... Hmm idk... I'm new here on this site and in the US in general, but that's why I'm into hiring, I don't like getting rejected the grindr way.. Technically we're not in a dating situation.... It's just so weird...

Yes. I'll compare this to hailing a taxi who is not supposed to refuse a ride.  Then when you tell them that you want to go somewhere that they prefer not to go, they say 'no, I dont go there'.  If you insist on getting in his taxi anyway, you can expect a very unpleasant experience.  So, why bother?  You're still the paying customer.  If you don't want my $$$, there will be many others who will take it gladly.  Move on.

Hm…now I’m thinking of trying him…for a work-out session…followed promptly by a massage 🤣

The overly full beard worries me as it might contain remnants of um **s-eating. Is the beard as full as in the MassFind pics or controlled as shown on his training site?  🙏 [end]

Anyone who refers to themselves in the third person is definitely a no-go in my opinion

I just don't understand where this attitude comes from that a business MUST take every customer.

He's not a hospital. You won't die if he turns you down.

Every business owner has a right to say you're not a good fit.

Yeah right. And your attitude and opinion are the only ones that matter … as we could see across this forum, yeah?

I just don’t understand where your attitude come from that you are attacking everyone with rude analogy. You won’t die if you keep some of these attitude to yourself.

Every customer has the right the say if providers do something that don’t fit with them as well.

Well then, the following will likely make you unhappy being the contrarian the you seem to be on most topics;

Anti-discrimination laws apply on the local, state and federal levels. The Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 states that no business (public or private) serving the public can discriminate based on a customer's national origin, sex, religion, color or race.

What you seem to be missing is that not every business is designed to service the general public.

A small business person has every liberty to refuse your business without launching a Federal investigation by simply saying they're busy.

Reality check moment.

Beyond that any masseur and/or escort has a reasonable concern when dealing with the general public that gives him license to check first to see who's inquiring about his very intimate services.

Exactly how would you advertise otherwise?

Most providers are plopping up an ad that everyone can access. Then navigating who they want to work with by booking or not booking clients according to their personal limits in how much they can stomach when it comes to repulsive clients. I find the commentary here to be pretty hysterical when some of you think you can apply anti-discrimination laws to a single practitioner who has every right to manage his schedule as he deems appropriate.

I run a small business myself and I pick and choose who I WANT to work with, not the other way around. You can NOT force me to work with people. I have the liberty to navigate my own business matters. So does this fellow.
