SirBillybob
It’s a nod to Metallica’s 1st album and stencilled in the same style, as poetic to some as Tennyson. Not sure, though, it would go ever well meeting your parents, or would impress as a wedding date unless he was your +1 at their Montreal stadium concert last week (as ad suggests you could take him anywhere). A tattoo of “metal up your ass”, the originally conceived and dialled back album title, might have been too on the nose. Overall, best to stick to the T-shirts. There were mobs of them cramming the subway home, apparently many soccer Moms & Dads seeking nostalgia, sprinkled with adult young’uns, funny how heavy metal still takes. + tassojunior
don't you have "find my device" ? are your devices all locked with password or fingerprint? I'd be most interested in wiping or disabling the devices and changing passwords for cards and accounts etc. if they're not locked. Unfortunately insurance for their loss will require a police report and if police find him you may be looking at a felony for hiring and that evidence is on your devices and his. coriolis888, Luv2play and + sync 2
starman05
OP, sorry this has happened to you. maybe bring a lawyer with you when you go to the police; maybe you can give them details without revealing that you hired them. This sucks. A reminder to be careful with first time providers. Burner phones should be a must. That way they don't know who's calling them. It’s the offline behavior directed towards members using this site that is most problematic. Of course, the mods have no idea about that. Was this a cash-sub : findom dynamic according to kinks you had previously described? The fine line between a true badass and a convincing performative badass? And at exorbitant cost amounts according to your suggestion that you are open to undertaking the hobby albeit very expensive and without physical interaction to boot. Not sure if you were half-joking then. The narrative is ambiguous. You seem to possess a level of intelligence that would ordinarily inoculate most clients against the mishap you reported. You had subsequently attempted contact with the understanding that a role-play scenario was to be wrapped up later but he broke the contract? You wrote “no answer yet”. As of today, it appears you were clearly wronged. The net effect of robbery is the same in terms of resources and legal recourse, outside of implicit role-based arousal, but I’m not sure if there was upfront negotiation that set up the events and it went south, as opposed to the more typical sex for money. This to me is as interesting as the obvious implications and options of police reports, state prostitution law, theft or travel insurance, tech damage control, etc. I also wonder if there was a clear set $ fee amount stipulated or more vague ‘goods in kind’. And what about the 2nd guy? Was your capacity to pay him impaired by the loss of wallet, etc? Brief aside: A legal defense viz prostitution law might be that you solicited a dude with a view to paying him not to have sex. Might be an interesting test case in relation to the “deviate sex” wording (although I think it may refer to sodomy; haven’t read the legislation), depending on whether communication tracks were on the site or a few degrees of separation such as phone. Seriously, though, I suggest keeping it simple if you decide to report it, as others have suggested, merely as a necessity for an insurance claim. Though true cash subs surely have enormous underwriting deductibles. Edited August 20, 2023 by SirBillybob Luv2play

If the police think someone paid for sex, that's now a felony on the first charge in Texas. New law that I believe is less than a year old. Thing is: the theft has nothing to do with how they met or what was going on. There’s not even anything mentioned in the post, that gives reference of anything beyond the theft. This isn’t a case of “he didn’t pay me for sex”. This is a case of; this person stole a vehicle and committed grand theft. This person stole a vehicle, took 2 laptops and a wallet. I would be 100% going to the proper channels and printing up a photo (doesn’t need to say “RentMen”, after all no need to give more info than necessary and giving it to the police) and make it very easy for them. Then I’d be taking the same police report, and sending it to the advertising platform to let them know what time it is. In fact, I would be me or having someone in my crew reach out to him personally and tell him: return the shit: or I’m coming with someone to pick it up FOR me. But having been a victim of a robbery twice myself: and neither time related to escorting, I can definitely sympathize. However, in each case I can always see where I faulted and how it could have been avoided. In your case, I can’t quite tell based on the info you gave: but “going to another place” and 4 a.m. all sound like red flags. Not of you, but just of the situation. I never leave things within reach of unknown persons. I have a strategic way of putting things to where my sight is going to be on it at all times. I also avoid making any “detours” at any point. I had that happen in San Diego earlier this month. I was at one place, with 3 guys but then at some point the venue was going to switch to the other guy’s place. Instant red flag for me. I was like, “why are we switching?” It wasn’t nothing sinister (other guy was tired) but…past experiences have shown that deviating from the course of the original place, and dealing with unknowns can result in unintended circumstances. But regardless, don’t just let it slide. Even if you don’t get instant return of property, better than going unreported. + BenjaminNicholas

The sentence regarding violence has the flavour of hearsay, and risks a solid argument on the part of the escort to have the site delete the entire review, not that negative reviews have a long shelf life, as we know. I think it would have been better to cut it short, just the event facts, and viewers can read between the lines. + tassojunior
SirBillybob
I do believe, on stand-alone basis, it is actually the crime of joyriding or unauthorized use of a vehicle, not GTA, if it was actually the OP’s (that part is unclear, if keys referred to Airbnb only), and even if it’s purpose was to get access to the tourist lodgings for entry and theft. But then, can one do much more than speculate with bare bones info? Edited August 20, 2023 by SirBillybob Luv2play
Guest
Facial tattoos will bar the bearer from most decent jobs in most countries, especially highly disturbing ones such as a teardrop from an eye (which usually indicates the bearer wants to let it be known he's killed someone), let alone a tattoo which outright says "kill 'em all." Anyone who has a tattoo stating "kill 'em all" plastered on his forehead is literally advertising that he's a dangerous, untrustworthy person. I can't imagine even letting such a person in my house, much less be there while I'm asleep. At least the teardrop tattoo has a hint of ambiguity as it can occasionally mean the wearer was the victim of a prison rape. A "kill 'em all" tattoo has no such ambiguity. As a separate matter, whenever I've engaged in a long-term hire, which has been either a previous short-term hire or a potential match on Seeking Arrangements, I will need a photo of a government document such as a driver's license or passport. The one time I paid for someone to come to the US from a country whose residents need visas (the young Mexican physician I've mentioned in prior postings), I also needed a copy of his visa (or border crossing card). As for what to do now, I don't know whether it's necessary to divulge to law enforcement that you hired him for sexual favors, as that seems irrelevant. I would think you could simply state that you met online, and let him stay in your house. An experienced lawyer would know better than I would. For future reference, it would be wise to be cautious when your "spidey senses" are tingling. If that tattoo didn't make your spidey senses tingle, you might want to readjust their settings. What Prison Tattoos Symbolize WWW.THESKULLANDSWORD.COM Prison tattoos can be beautiful pieces of art, but beware; they contain secret meanings that may be darker than what you’re used to. "What does a teardrop tattoo mean? Easily one of the most popular prison tattoos in popular culture, the teardrop tattoo actually has a less innocent meaning behind it. The meaning of teardrop tattoos can vary depending on the geography, but they all have the same premise: it symbolizes murder. A teardrop tattoo on the face means that the person has committed murder. A teardrop outline represents attempted murder, but it could also mean that the person has a friend who was murdered and that they are now currently seeking vengeance." Jarrod_Uncut
One thing I have to quickly note on my end: there’s always two sides to every story. Without any real evidence on our end or presence of the matter: I was merely speaking in general. That’s not invalidating or discrediting the story: however I have seen situations where someone appeared to be the suspect but in reality wasn’t. There’s still not enough info in this post to confirm this person was the actual suspect. And the ”first responders” would likely go about it the same. Hopefully: whatever happened is resolved timely and the OP can find a way to recoup the loss. In a situation like that, blame and regret are just secondary. marylander1940, SirBillybob and JourneysEnd 2
