Reverse image search on his pics bring up a Instagram of a guy in New York(but his phone number is from Florida) who is years younger. I'm guessing https://rent.men/Matthewstrongg is fake as well because of similar account creation times and pic style. Plenty of providers have popular IG profiles and actually are on RM. Also how do you know he's "years younger?" As far as I can see the IG has nothing showing age. His profile does say he's visiting.
