Selfish Members Who Never Initiate Hiring.

Recommended Posts

Over the past few months, I’ve made a conscious decision to not share my experiences with masseurs publicly.

I now only share my experiences with members who have a record of sharing reviews on this site. And I only share them privately.

Why? Because there are a lot of “serial bumpers” who inquire about masseurs/providers over and over, yet refuse to step out there and take the initial chance on their own.

Although there’s always a risk with being “first”, it’s reasonable not to always leave it to someone else to step out on a new hire.

It’s a free country and you are welcome to share as much or as little as you want. 😁

I havent talked about anyone new or bumped in a while for a simple reason: my regulars keep me satisfied.  I consider myself lucky!  Also reserve the right to make fun of serial bumpers, especially those that bump 7 or 8 threads at a time - you know who you are! 😉

If I had a ton of money, I'd be happy to get a massage every week with a new provider, and report back here of my findings. I'm a firm believer in paying it forward. Back in the day when I got massage very often, I would send out emails to my friends to always let them know when I discovered a winner. I like to share.

People enjoy boards like this for different reasons. I'm not sure I see fairness in judging folks for perceived behavior or motive.

It's OK by me. I'm not going to have the Premium membership for much longer, so I view this as sharing helpful information. It is interesting what some guys show and don't show in the Private Galleries, and then you always have to question whether any of those photos are real. For that reason alone, I don't think access is worth the cost. If there was some way to confirm photo ownership, then I might think differently, but that's never going to happen.

I tend to just gloss over the most egregious of those you speak of. It won’t stop me from sharing reviews though. That’s kind of the point of this site.

I do find the commentary on the private galleries a bit odd though. I’m not going to take someone’s word that it’s a “huge talent” or “juiciest peach” if I can’t see it, nor do I think nudes in the gallery necessarily indicate deli potential. 🤷🏻‍♂️

More than a handful of time I take one for the team, and post some legitimate comments. Only to be followed by, "Bump. Anyone else.

Fck the bumpers.

Ha. A little unrelated, but this takes me back to when I sent someone a message because they mentioned in a thread that they had seen a masseur I was thinking about hiring. The person later responded to my DM and said they wouldn’t share their experience because ymmv. 🙃🙃🙃

Lo and behold, I noticed a few DM threads down that a couple of months earlier, this same person had actually sent me a message asking me to share my experience with another masseur and I was foolish enough to answer him with details. 😂

Everyone should share as much or as little as they like. This is where the "ignore" function comes in handy. Personally, I try to share my experiences both in posts and private messages to the extent that I'm comfortable. Personally, I've had a good experience requesting information via PM. However, I did have one instance where a member, who rarely posts, repeatedly asked me to share information about various providers without ever sharing any experiences in return. That member is now on my ignore list.

Or those who do not actually get a massage because the pics are a few years old or the provider requested MUF but then proceed to insist the provider is a scammer or slam them with one star reviews.

Like, I get it and the odds may be in your favor, but just share what happened. Greatly appreciate the sharing, but maybe don’t oversell it. You cannot evaluate someone’s massage as terrible if you did not actually get the massage…

I had a great time with the one provider that ever asked for MUF, and have had a couple of great massages from guys with dated pics.

@Monarchy79 I totally get where you're coming from. I still like to offer my reviews of the masseurs whose services I've experienced. After all, this forum is only as good as its active members.

If someone reads one of my reviews and then DMs me for more details, I usually don't respond if:

  1. They don't contribute positively to the forum (i.e. provide helpful reviews/suggestions),
  2. The masseur already has lots of positive reviews (dude, how much more encouragement do you need?), or
  3. The only thing they want to know is if the masseur provides extras (that's between the masseur and you).

Or, sometimes life is hectic and I don't have the time or energy... Hence the need for a good massage! 😉

I really like this forum: I've gotten lots of great recommendations from folks, and I like telling others about providers who are good at what they do!

It’s ironic that you posted your comment as you’re literally who I was referring to when I posted this thread.

Oh, no, really! Little old me?  Selfishly hoarding all those bumps. Why I never would have gussed!!!

It’s always so kind of arbiters & enforcers of order & decorum to impose their narrow views on others & try to control what others may say, write, & think in a broad, publicly-open forum.

P.S. Irony is not a ferrous compound.

It’s not a narrow view. It’s noticed and documented from your multiple daily posts.

Your behaviors of consistently bumping and inquiring on masseurs and providers daily, with rarely taking the plunge or sharing experiences of your own, displays a self-absorbed pathology…. under the mantras of letting everyone else take the risks of being “first”, and asking for all of the reviews and never contributing.

I never attempted to control your behaviors, I just called you out on it, knowing that it teeters along a thin line of social ineptitude.

You’re like the guy who goes to the bar with his friends, and accepts the other round  of shots, but never treats the crew to a round on your tab. Or the guy who plays “truth or dare”, at a party, asks  the most salacious questions to other players, but when it’s your turn, you consistently pick “dare”, to avoid being in the “hot seat”.

You’re consistently “on the pot”, but will never “take a sh*t”.

That’s clearly your prerogative, and I acknowledge that.

I also have the prerogative to address it.

This is how forums work.

Welcome to the world of accountability and self-awareness. 😘

I’m just a promoter of good character and positive social behavior.

Some people live for risk and chance, and others don't. Some don't like to kiss and tell, and others can't wait to share. Some fall in the middle on one, or both.

I feel like a representative cross section will have all 3. And, as much as gentlemen here can have vastly different provider experiences and opinions, I can't imagine the strife if everyone here both hired, and then reviewed, every provider that sparked interest.

Honestly, I think it's more than ok to just post that someone was worth the money and lived up to your expectations. That speaks volumes right there. Then if someone wants more details they can pm you and if you wish to share more that's up to you.

I've evolved from very detailed reports to more general assessments as you suggest. Several times I had to edit or delete my reports by the provider's request. My reports were very positive but, they explained to me, they were willing to do with me stuff they would not regularly do, and they did not want to create false expectations.

Do you even know what a forum is?
Bumps & comments keep at times get a still forum or topic moving

As you have now made this personal, I will point out that the “monarch” in your screen  name is oerfect. You’re like the old queen who goes to the bar with his friends & thinks she is the monarch & clutches her pearls at the what she perceives as injustices in her realm, whilr everyone else laughs behind her back.

Welcome to the workd of reality, a quite different one from your world of self-absorption. .

Anyone is welcome to DM me and inquire about providers I've previously discussed.

I don't normally follow up with a full posting here unless they were particularly good or particularly bad.

My only gripe is the number of gentlemen who ask me about sex with a masseur, after I've posted a comment that makes it very clear that I booked a massage and got a massage not full escort services.

Bumping up a subject that has gone stale is fine with me, whatever your intentions and however you choose to use the site, as long as one is grateful for taking the time to thanks those who answer.

i'd say no one has ever accused you of "under sharing"

Well...my point being that if there is nothing particularly extraordinary about a hire, I do NOT make mention of it unless asked or the subject is brought up by someone else.

I do agree if you're going to take advantage of the advice here on the site, it's kind to contribute in return, so I do make an effort to do so but don't condemn anyone for doing that differently. Others may be more private about their sex life than I am.
