Are any clients here having trouble getting providers to reply/respond ? I send a nice text and more than not get no reply . I need to state that these are all fly-in inquiries .  Just wondering . ???

Yep, it happens.  I don't know that I would overthink it.  Just move on...the ones that are interested will respond.

But why run the ad if you aren't going to respond?

Gay men also go on Grindr and chat you up but then ghost you when you invite them for a hang-n-bang. There's something about momentum that ebbs and flows in the mind of a gay man. I witness this hesitation all the time when I talk to people on the hook up sites. Makes sense it would spill over to pro sex sites as well.

Now, now, @pubic_assistance  You know that isnt exactly true. There are plenty of bi and trans folks on Grindr that act exactly the same way. 🤓

Just watch out for the pirates - they truly are different! 😉

What about that makes my statement not true ?

I don't talk to trans. people on Grindr. So wouldnt know.

Typically the (actual) bisexual men I talk to have NOT played this game and do tend to follow through, when asked about a meeting up.

Obviously this is just all based on my experiences but I'm sure I'm not alone in this observation.

Yep, please keep your anti gay tendencies out of this, @pubic_assistance. I think @wanderlust307's list could be longer, but that is the best answer. If anything is spilling here, is the overall loosing in online interactions that affects overall culture, nothing related to the gay uni verse.

I've had a couple of providers not respond, but for the most part, I usually get a reply. However, the response time can vary significantly. Some providers take a long time to get back to me; one recently took over a week to answer a message. If someone doesn't respond or takes too long, I tend to lose interest and move on. Prompt communication is important to me, as it reflects their professionalism and reliability. If they can't respond in a reasonable time frame, I prefer to find someone who can.

Very accurate.

They are usually playing a game where they are exploring multiple options, trying to find what they think may be the “best”, not realizing that the other guys they are chatting with are doing the same thing.

Where I live, these guys pull the same crap. By the time the night starts to end, they usually end up with one of the following:

1.) blue balls

2.) or on a site like sniffies, headed out to cruise for whatever is left.

😂

For some it’s supplementary income - at an extreme, monetizing their horniness when they feel like it. They’re not there to provide a service (few are actually) or it may not be their main source of income.

Sniffies

Hookup site…

And increasingly competition for the provider sites like RM, Friendboy Pro etc

I mean, not that everyone on Sniffies is a provider

But I’d estimate most providers I see in my City on the provider apps are there (as they are on Grindr, A4A etc) and contrary to my prior naive assumptions, mostly to find clients, not let their hair down in personal time and seek non professional encounters

Sniffles? Please, educate me.

I mean, I just googled it. Can you give me some field experiences?

Sniffies is a hookup site that epitomizes

”microwave” - “fast-food” hookups.

When getting on the site, a map shows up (based on your location), and literally pictures of dicks and asses pop up all over the place. in addition to that, random cruising spots also populate.

If you exchange messages with anyone, expect them to be inarticulate, short with the expectation of an immediate hookup.

Offering paid for services is prohibited on Sniffies under their terms. That doesn’t mean some will try. I’m on it but I don’t use it to find clients and haven’t used it recreationally either yet but if I’m travelling somewhere new and not working then I think it could be useful.

  • I don’t mind the non-response at all.
  • I understand if we begin communicating and then they stop for whatever reason. (They don’t feel that they click with me. They got a better offer. They don’t feel up to putting out or putting on an act . . . It’s their first time and they chicken out . . . Whatever.)
  • I get really annoyed with a provider who agrees to meet and then no-call/no-shows.

Nearly as bad as the no-call/no-show:

  • Shows up, lies there like a corpse, allows you to use their body while they try to imagine not being there, and then rushes out trying not to have any conversation or interaction.
  • Shows up, aggressively tries to make me cum as fast as possible with minimal interaction beyond them trying their best to overstimulate my body to orgasm so they can dash out the door as quickly as possible.

I think about these scenarios when someone doesn’t return my message.

Speaking of paid services, if you're looking for dick or to hire a painter, this is your guy lol
