I'm joking) To be sensible, working on glutes direct from hands to butt rather than being separated by a sheet would provide a better result, aside of looking nicer to them. The glutes are fair game and allowed manual handling and kneading. So it’s all proper and above board. The above is the procedure at say a 5⭐️ spa.
