When you search, you could only be searching the specific topic, or a specific forum. pubic_assistance

There was emergency maintenance happening with our hosting provider. You might see intermittent availability for a while. I've accidentally searched "THIS TOPIC" by mistake more than once while thinking...."I know damn well this was discussed before." Always make sure your search is set to EVERYWHERE if you're having trouble finding something.

This is not able to be picked per user. I've suggested it to the software developers, but we'll see if anything happens with it. It definitely won't make it into the next major 5.0 release as it's feature locked and being beta tested only to address bugs. pubic_assistance, Simon Suraci and + JamesB 1
mike carey
I had similar issues today looking for a thread that I knew was there about an escort. I tried a variety of combinations of words and search options and eventually resorted to Google where I found two threads.
dutchal
Searching everywhere is not currently working either, nor is searching a particular forum. Only way I'm currently succeeding at searching is going to google and searching "companyformen" plus the provider name.
RadioRob
I’ve started a rebuild of the search index to see if that fixes it. MikeBiDude and mike carey
RadioRob
The search index rebuild is almost complete at 99%. I've taken a few keywords and compared them to the number of results now vs earlier. It appears to have worked as I'm picking up a lot more results. So give search a try again! 56harrisond and MikeBiDude 1
mike carey
Yes, @RadioRob, the search I mentioned above now returns the set of results I would have expected, which it didn't yesterday. Thanks.
