I was shocked that he kept my address after a month..anyway he was happy that I didn't expose his name but said he will be doing it in a few weeks. That he would update his profile stating that he was positive. He said most people already knew..

MrMan is absolutely correct. An individual's medical history should be private under most circumstances. But when an individual proposes to engage in behavior that he knows will result in spreading a deadly disease, that is NOT a private matter. Our public health laws allow the authorities to take action in such cases, and if citizens are in a position to take action as well they should do so.
